Hes more "experenced" w/ kissing /// hes kissed other girls before me... Want to answer more questions in the Relationships category? Maybe give some free advice about: Love Life? Teza answered Thursday May 12 2005, 5:13 pm: There isnt an avrage age. I think that you should kiss when ever you feel that you are ready. And you will know when that is. What exacly do you mean how far should you be in a relationship? I think its good that your boyfriend isnt rushing you into things and it seems like you 2 will have a good relationship. Just take things slow and things will happen when ever you both want. You should tell him that you are ready to take it to the first step. Maybe he isnt making the first move because he thinks you dont want to. Kissings isnt bad at all and it isnt something you should be imbaresed about so you could tell your mom. So yea tell her! ballerina09becca answered Wednesday May 11 2005, 7:11 pm: Well im in a relationship too. We are both 13 and been going out for 5 1/2 months. He kissed me like after 3 months weve been together AND it was both of our first kisses. I think at our age is like the perfect time. Maybe a lil a bit older too but whenever you're ready is the BEST time. If hes someone special and youve been going out for 6 months i would say, i think you should kiss him... or let him kiss you.
About the mom thing... i would tell her. Being close to your mom is very imprtant, esp. at our age. I would try to talk to mom about some stuff but just not everything.
I hope i helped!! [ ballerina09becca's advice column | Ask ballerina09becca A Question ]
ThatsHott18 answered Wednesday May 11 2005, 8:09 am: Most kids do get there first kiss around the ages of 13-16.. But some people hae different views on there relationships and want things to get serious.. and fast. But i think you should wait, and make sure that the relationship is going to last. and for you to be going out with your b/f for 6 months i would say that the time is right! But you have to be ready yourself. About the mom thing. It depends on what kind of mom you have, and how she reacts to things! I mean if you DO tell her, what do you imagin she will do? If she will lock you up in a closet for the rest of your life. i would suggest NOT telling her. But if she will give you a hug and a kiss and congradulate you.. just tell her. But that's pretty much your choice. Hope i helped =/ [ ThatsHott18's advice column | Ask ThatsHott18 A Question ]
xKendall10x answered Tuesday May 10 2005, 3:53 pm: If it dosen't seem right, then you need to think about it. He sounds like a really great guy, and you a great girl. So, if you really love him, and want him BAD (hehe) then do it! Maybe just like when he's walking you home or something (if he ever does idk) just when your standing on your porch, let him go 90% in, then u go the other 10%, then kiss! Hope i helped
XxhotchickxX answered Tuesday May 10 2005, 1:26 pm: there isnt really an average age to when your first kiss is, i havent had my first kiss/relationship either and im 15. and for your mom, tell her, if your in a good relationship with her, then you should tell her. good luck.

xRebelx answered Monday May 9 2005, 11:07 pm: You don't have to be a certain age to kiss. You know when it is the right time to kiss someone, just follow your heart. Yes, I would tell my mom because mom's know eveything because they have been through the same things we are going through now. If your boyfriend hasn't kissed you yet then maybe you should make the first move.
brOk3n_h3art3d_xO answered Monday May 9 2005, 10:14 pm: well since he hasnt tryed to make a move in 6 moths obviously mean hes in it for more than just "ass" lol with that said... move at your own pace and just do wat feels right... and when ur ready in that spur of themoment... you'll kno!!
sweetXbeachbum answered Monday May 9 2005, 9:17 pm: Just kiss him!! You're old enough. You don't have to go to 2nd or 3rd base if you don't want to. Nonetheless, if you don't feel good about it, don't do it. It's your body and your life and if you don't want to kiss him then don't. It's that simple. It'll come when it should.
All_4_Him_4eva answered Monday May 9 2005, 8:11 pm: Well, first off, there's not necessarily a "set" average age for kissing but most middle schoolers tend to jump in.... but I just got my first kiss a few weeks ago and i'm 14 and i have a lot of friends in my high school with me who haven't kissed anyone yet.... but love, especially kissing and definately "moving forward" is mostly just a "feel-it-along" kinda thing... you'll know no doubt when both of ya'll truly are ready for ya'lls first kiss..... if something doesn't quite feel right about it, wait until it does (and whatever you do, NEVER let him force you along faster than you're ready and you don't do the same to him)... the feeling may not come with him - the feeling to REALLY kiss my last girlfriend never came and we were planning to go out thru it all and get married WITH children but we ended up breaking up because of some differences that hadn't yet come to light... just feel it along and when the time for the first magic comes, you'll kno - trust me....
And about tellin your mom, only do it if you feel comfortable... i haven't even told my sister yet and she's already out of college and i confide in her about a lot of stuff... but if you and your mom are close enough for you to feel comfortable passing that kind of information along, do it. But if not, don't worry about it.

xdesireex0 answered Monday May 9 2005, 8:04 pm: Well, to tell you the truth. I'm 15 am I haven't had my first kiss or relationship or anything! But I believe that when you get to a certain point in the relationship, when you both feel comfortable with taking that one step forward, then that is the time. And about telling your mom. It depends on how good your relationship is with your mom. As long as she doesn't get mad or anything then you should be fine. I hope I helped!!!

askmeanytime answered Monday May 9 2005, 7:52 pm: if you are thirteen, then it is normal to kiss people. in a relationship for about a month before you kiss him at this age, when you get older, maybe sooner. But after six months, either he's nervous, or he's not interested. I told my mom about my first kiss, but none after. if you want to tell her, go ahead, but if you feel uncomfortable sharing that with your mom, then wait a little while until you want to tell her.
karenR answered Monday May 9 2005, 7:48 pm: I think its great that you and mom have such a good relationship. Sure why not tell her.
At 13 I think he will kis you when he's ready. You're a little young yet. You really haven't had any real dates yet probably. You will get a kiss when the time is right for you both. :) [ karenR's advice column | Ask karenR A Question ]
