I'm trying to buff my body in the nest 5 weeks. The program(exercises) that i'm using says to workout 2 times a week to notice decent improvment in 4 weeks. But i want to notice extreme improvment in 5 weeks. Can I work out 4-5 times a week to see improvments quicker, faster, and my body more sculputered? Thanks,

There's this one girl in my group of friends who moved into town after we all became friends and we sort of accepted her into the group. The thing is, she's always the subject of our joking and teasing, because sometimes she is really bossy and gives empty threats randomly every three seconds (like I borrow her pencil and she says, "Give me back my pencil or I'll punch you soo hard!" even though we all know she never will) sometimes I feel sorry for her, but she gets on my nerves a lot. i have these really nice white dress shoes that a wore to a dance. on the bottom they are black, and i have scuff marks ALLLL over the white part. i have to wear them today and i cant get the scuff marks off! i tried scrubbing them with bleach! what else can i use?!

You don't have to be a certain age to kiss. You know when it is the right time to kiss someone, just follow your heart. Yes, I would tell my mom because mom's know eveything because they have been through the same things we are going through now. If your boyfriend hasn't kissed you yet then maybe you should make the first move.
