Exercise

Question Posted Saturday May 7 2005, 1:34 pm

I'm trying to buff my body in the nest 5 weeks. The program(exercises) that i'm using says to workout 2 times a week to notice decent improvment in 4 weeks. But i want to notice extreme improvment in 5 weeks. Can I work out 4-5 times a week to see improvments quicker, faster, and my body more sculputered? Thanks, <3

Exercise,
Yes, why not? I think you can work out 4-5 times a week. I workout 6 days a week! So yeah I don't see why you wouldn't be able to workout 4-5 times a week. Good Luck!

Love Always,

Yes of course! If it says only 2 times a week and see improvment in 4 weeks and your doing more, then yes!

Yes you can work out 4 or five times per week. just vary your upper body with your lower body. Instead of doing both in one workout. You'll be burning calories in each session. And lower your fat intake, read labels and try to eat less than 15 - 10 grams of fat per day.

Sure! if it said that you needed to workout 2 times daily and you would get desent improvement it is only logical that if you work out 4-5 times you would get higher reasults.

Casey answered Saturday May 7 2005, 1:58 pm:
Please you betta work out 12 times a week. my friend does 250 jump and jacks, 100 push ups, and 200 sit ups a day and she benches 190 so you should be doing that and more and you will be in shape my friend. I think she'll be a fitness trainer when she grows up. If you need advice ask me or my friend Some1special on this site.
