shootingstar25xo answered Tuesday May 3 2005, 10:03 am: Yes, although yogurt is an EXTREMELY healthy food, you can gain weight from consuming it. Don't completely stop eating it though! If you don't already, eat the low or non-fat kind. Also, as long as you BURN more calories than you CONSUME everyday, you will be much healthier. hope i helped! mapetiteodette answered Tuesday May 3 2005, 9:57 am: Low-fat yogurt won't make you fat, but eating too much high-fat yogurt could possibly make you fat if you eat too much of it. If you want to eat more yogurt still, low-fat tastes just like regular, but it is a lot healthier. Don't drop yogurt because you think it made you fat, though- yogurt is an extremely healthy food. twynelyne answered Tuesday May 3 2005, 1:05 am: nah, yogurt wouldn't do that unless it was just a huge excess of yogurt.. but one or two a day is fine for u and healthy, lots of vitamins and calcium good for strong bones, hair and nails. it must be another part of your diet or water weight.
