its sorta like a type of hairstyle i guess you could call it. where you have some hair around your face thats shorter than the rest of your hair. its sorta hard to explain but hope i helped

Bangs is your hair that goes down your forehead, and you probably already growed out yours if you don't know what they are. To get them you just havr to get your hair cut in the front. I used to have bangs, but when I got older I grew mine out. If you have thick hair, bangs don't look as nice on you, if you have thin hair it'll look nicer. It depends on what kind of hair you have.
