YESS!!!! my sister went without a date and she had fun with a bunch of her friends. Go or you will regret it later. ]
Yes! it is perfectly fine to go to prom without a date. in fact, i have done it myself. you may even meet someone there that doesn't have a date either, then you can dance with them. ]
Absolutely. ]
It's not required anymore. A lot of people do it.
Usually, people without "dates" will go with a friend, just so they can take pictures together. But you don't have to.

I would muchh rather go to my prom alone rather than with a date because when you take a date you'll basiclly be limited to what you can do because you'll be with someone rather than when your alone your free to do what ever ]
It is TOTALLY fine to go to prom without a date. My junior prom I went to alone, and met up with some friends. It ended up being a lot of fun, and I met another single guy there. My senior prom I went to with a date, and it wasn't as much fun. I felt like I had to be with him the entire night rather than going with my friends. What matters is that you have fun and enjoy yourself, not who you do or don't go with :) ]
Yes! I did it, and I don't regret it. Before you go, make sure that you're happy with your decision. Most of the people at your prom are going to be couples, make sure you can handle that without feeling too self-concious. And try to go with other single friends, that makes it way more fun!
In my opinion, single is the way to go. I went to my junior prom with a date who was nice and attractive enough, but I didn't really like him. Needless to say, we were together all night, and I didn't really get to see my friends. This year I went with a bunch of friends and had a much better time.
Good luck deciding, and have fun! ]
Absolutely! :)

Yes, of course it is! You can enjoy the time with your friends. Not everyone goes with a date, it's not required.
