Hey Im 17 and i have PCOS... I was wondering if there was any tips for someone with PCOS. Maybe things to avoid? or things to remember?

Im not really eduacated on this syndrome, I think the best way for you to find help for this would be to ask your doctor for additional information, or search the web and use it to your advantage!
