Me and my friend were walking up to her house, we got round the corner near the lampost and we were like 20 metres away from her house. As we got round the corner there was a tall white van parked and a man standing there with his door open, I saw his arm moving so i looked down to see him wanking!! It was groose and he smerk at us.
I told my friend and she looked down to quickly we walked up to her house, when outside the house she shouted "MUM!!" as we climbed over her fence, he looked up at us quickly jumped in his van and drove off at the speed of light. He now knows where she lives and she cant sleep at night. Her mum didnt believe us and we told everyone in the neighbour hood to keep an eye out.
Im scared for life when anyone metions the words, wanking, penis, white van. I hate it so much i went white as a ghost when i saw him doing it.
I was shaking all day we tried to get her mum to report it to the police but she said "He might have just been goin for a piss" but i know he wasnt or piss would be comeing out of his dick.. not spunk. and he wouldnt exactly point it right at us..
How can my friend get over the fact that he knows where she lives?

ook, wow this is really a serious thing, but dont assume things, i think it would be best to report it, but ya never know, but if he left in the speed of light then he was scared, too scared to come bac most likely, so just keep an eye out, as for your friend, dont remind her of it, and as long as she is always wit someone you have nuttin to worry about! ask n e time!

Ew. Truly gross. Two things really, chances are, this guy was either rather drunk at the time, or was attempting to do it in private, and is now highly embarrassed. If thats not the case, to stop it hapening again, you could try the full on embarrassment factor, let all your neighbours know, possibily exaggerate a little, making sure your most likely to inform the people who will be so disgusted that they will knock on his front door and scare him into hiding from embarrassment. however, if this doesnt work, and he contiues to wank in front of you, then you can report it to the police for threatening behavior.

The police should be called. Most likely you scared him away and he won't be back. Used to call them flashers. What about your mom? She can call and report him too. So can you girls if you want too.

If her mom doesnt want to report it, then you guys need to. The police station is right by the elementary school where i have softball practice, so if it were me i would just walk to the station and talk to the police myself. trust me they would keep an eye out, maybe do extra patrolling around your neighborhood..and if the guy in the van has the nerve to come back, the police will scare him off. He probably is assuming you guys told,that her mom called the police, and that he better watch out..so i think he will stop. Just in case,talk to the police either in person or even call them..and they will do something about it. Tell her that..and then follow the plan, i think this will make you guys feel a lot better.

Well i had da same situation bout twice it was this man in a army suit and we were walking to school and he was jerkin off and he was in the car doing it....but when we went to school we told the police............another time was a man was in his car sleep in his boxers and his penis was stickin out and we was lik ewww and walked off to the store when we came back he was gone....but the best thing is to tell a counselor at school and maybe they can tell the police for you, you kno, but til' den you will have to try and get it out of your head but im not kiddin bout that counselor......'cause if the mom wont believe her then who will besides you 2 so you have to tell the counselor sooner or later...

What the man was doing was a serious criminal offence and I am at a loss as to how a parent can ignore their child being subjected to that. You know you don't have to wait for any one else to report this to the police and it doesn't matter if your friends mam doesn't want it reporting - he was committing a crime and you where the victims, you need to report it. I'm not saying you could report it or you should report it I'm saying you need to report it, you must report it. This man is the sort of person society needs protecting from and what we're talking about is the safety of you and others. Having said that you can reassure your friend that he's very unlikely to be back now. Just ask her to make sure she doesn't go out far alone. Talking to the police about this is also likely to help put her mind at rest. Also - although it may not seem so important right now, i think it is - your friend needs to sit down with her mom and find out why she wouldn't take this seriously and how that made her feel. Well first off i would like to say that that is a messed up story, but all the same there shouldn't be any reason to be afraid it was just some screwed up guy that was pumpin that happen to see some girls and thought hey wouldn't that be funny.
