What can I do to help myself get over an unforgotten loved ex, and move on with a new one, without feeling like I'm just with the new person to make the other one jealous, or hurt? There's this guy I like... he's amazing. But the problem is... he has a girlfriend. OMG, I am so frustrated right now, because I just went shopping and must have tried on over 20 pairs of jeans, and every single one of them was big in the butt. I went shopping last week, too, and still nothing. I have the smallest butt in history. I feel like I'm gonna have to walk around naked the rest of my life! What am I gonna do? Well you can think about it or you could do what everybody else does like hang wit him and if you don't feel comfortable then you could hang wit him with really close friends so they could encourge you, give you some help along the way.
Or maybe that was a sign that you really didn't like these uy's or they were not right for you maybe this one will be different on it's own.

Me and my friend were walking up to her house, we got round the corner near the lampost and we were like 20 metres away from her house. I'm trying to lose weight. STOP right there - don't pass this on by thinking it's just another one of those 'HOW DO I DO IT?' questions. I know how to lose weight, what my basal metabolic rate is, even what excersizes I should be doing. What I want to know is:
*How can I keep this up? How do I stay motivated?
*And how many times will I have to sit on my hands to resist the urge of going to the biscuit tin before saying 'no, I don't really want that' becomes a habit?

To stay movited do it while doing somethin fun and you like to do like dance, read, or even watch t.v. once you keep this up you wont want to go to the cookie jar because you feel i just ran 10 laps to get in shape i dont just want to add weight on or you could do what i did and have one sweet a week.

Every day in Phys Ed, we go to my school's weight room and I always work on my legs and my stomach because I want to tone my stomach. I've been getting alot of remarks about me trying to tone my stomach. I'm happy with the weight that I'm at, I don't think I'm fat but I want to tone my stomach more so that my love handles aren't hanging out over my pants (it's really not that bad though). I'm just trying to tone up and make my stomach stronger before I have to start practicing for fencing during the summer. Many people have been starting to spread rumors that I'm anorexic because they never see me eat lunch and I'm always working on my stomach in phys ed. First of all, I am in no way anorexic. I love food and I could never give it up, the only reason why I don't eat in school is because I'm never hungry but when I get home I stuff myself with food. I don't know what to do, the rumors are eventually going to get around to teachers and my school is very small and I'm sure someone will eventually report me! I don't know what to do! You could go to a counsler and ask for help maybe get like a snack and something to drink and have that for lunch and throw down when you get home that way they would have no reason to judge you (even though its really none of there buisness)

lastnite i was on the fone with my boyfriend and my mom kept coming in saying she needs the phone and i wouldn't get off cause my boyfriend and i were in the middle of a conversation.
