"dad, there is a party tonight and i was wondering if i can go" "my friend _put friend's name here, will be there"
"I am not sure I am okay with that" is what he will probaly say
" what about if i give when iget there i call you, and give you the phone number or something"
you probaly won't like this but it is the best chance you have at going lol.

or you can explain that you are grown up and you deserve to be allowed to go to a party.

Well, dont lie to him, but if he does ask, tell him that the last time that you knew, it was being chaperoned and you havent heard anything different. If he trys to tell you that they forgot to tell you or something, tell him that wouldnt forget because your best friend is going and she would let you know if they did have changes and they called her but forgot to call you. Just tell him something that you know is the truth and that he should allow you to go. If he doesnt then just beg, like I do, and see how that goes. That also works for me to and Im 17 years old. My mom just wants me to be able to do what I want to do because she didnt get to do all that much when she was growing up. So you can also that line on him if nothing else works. Get back to me and tell me how evrything goes if you can.

You just ask. Why don't you think your dad will let you go? If you know because it's something really wrong then don't go. Just asking should work. Example: "Dad can I go to this party today?" It's as easy as that.

First, you should ask him if you could go. Tell him it's just a little "get-together" with some friends. Don't tell him it's a big party with loads of people going. Tell him a few of your close girl friends are going to be going and there will only be a couple of girls there. I'm sure he'll let you go. Then just tell him your spending the night at their house, because they're having a slumber party after.

Tell him you're gonna go over to a friends house to watch a few movies...Or go to the party but tell your dad you're sleeping over at someones house. Just tell him you're staying the night and you won't exactly be lying.
