i need to lose weight! hey! i really need to lose weight b4 spring. i am 13/f and i weigh about 95 pounds. i know this isnt like overweight, but all my friends weigh 80 pounds. whenever we go shopping, i feel like a freak. does anyone know any good tips to quicly losing weight? Thanx!

Omg you dont need to lose weight. I'm skinny like around the same weight as you, n believe me its a good weight to b at when ur a teenager. dont worry about it i bet your friends are thinking that they wish they were a lil bigger. Im sure u will look great in spring break! ]
you don't need to lose any weight, you shouldn't worry about how your friends are compared to you. take me for example i'm 5'8 and my friends are 5'4 (i kno really small). when i'm out in public with them i feel like a freak cause compared to them i'm a giant! i don't thinik you need to lose weight maybe you should workout instead. maybe do pilates and eat healthy.

Don't worry if you weigh more than your friends - you're probably just perfect as you are :)
However, if you do want to lose weight, then you can do stuff like eating small, regular meals (say five times a day) rather than huge ones three times a day. It keeps your metabolism going and you burn stuff off faster, as does excersizing in the morning.
Ooh, and cut out on cola and fizzy drinks or anything like that. Either drink fruit smoothies or water, because everything else is absolutely loaded with sugar :)

ur 13 and weigh 95 pounds??..wow thats awsome..i weigh 112 ick..lol..but im 14..thats a normal weight hun so dont sweat it.. ]
Im really not trying to be disrespectful or anything, but I think that you should appreciate how much you weigh right now. Its not supposed to be a matter of how much you weigh compared to your friends. You should feel good about your weight. HA-HA I wish I could weigh as much as you do. I mean, i didnt weigh that much when i was 13 i weighed in the hundreds....like 110 or 108 or somehting. lol!
Anywho, if you want tips to weigh less, then excercise and watch what you eat....lay low on the sweets.

Try the cornflakes diet. i did it and it really works. jus eat speical k or crunchy nut for breakfast and dinner for two weeks. (no snacks) but normal tea! Gd luk nd tell me if it works!!! ]
