Am I fatt?

Okay well I am 13 years old. I think I am one of the fattest people out their! I weigh about 105, and I am about 5,1 ½ .. There are like 4 people who tease me, and call me fatt because they know it gets to me, and I cry all the time. About 1 week ago I tried making myself throw up. It hurts, but I don't care. I am also on a diet. So the food I eat is healthy still get's vomited out. But oh well. But my two best friends ones a guy who I like love with all my heart, and one is a good girl friend of mine are so pissed that I do this, and tell me not to listen to what people think =/ They said if I continue to do it they'll refuse to talk to me.. Urg! I wanna lose a lot of weigh for summer, and stuff and this is a pretty good way to do it but I dont know because I dont wanna lose my friends anymore =/ .. Ekkkk what to do?

you should listen to your friends you are making your self sick that isnt good for your body and so what you are 105 lbs that isnt alot they are just a bunch of jerks i would realy hate for you to keep doing this to your self even though i dont know you my girl friend does the same thing she just told me about it today and i can stop thinking about how she is making her self sick because her dad and sister call her fat you shouldnt care what other people you are pirfect the way god amd you and you shouldnt do this to your self so if you would like to talk e mail me a dark_cloud_375@yahoo.com and my msn name is dark_cloud_376@hotmail.com i would realy like to talk to you about it

your not fat!!! its normal to be 105 at age 13..and at your height..since your kinda short when you should be getting taller..its turing into fat..you arent fat tho!! dont worry!

Belimic <--((sp)) is a serious problem and once you start it is hard to stop. take your friends advice stop, they sre thinking of you. also, you are not fat to begin with. but if you feel like loosing wieght then excercise and healthy food.

This is not a good way to go about losing weight. You're not fat to begin with and you're becoming bulimic. Your friends are right,the ones who are pissed off that you're doing it. The other people are just being mean. Fuck em. You don't wanna lose a lot of weight this summer. You're good.

First off, Bilemia is a serious problem. You should take your friends advice because once your on it, you usually don't want to stop and keep thinking your fat no matter what. Your friends shouldn't leave you but still, you can't do this to yourself, it can erode your esophogaus because a lot of what you throw up is probably stomach acid. You should get to someone who can help you through this before it gets too serious.

hun your not fat... trust me... and you really need to stop making your self throw up... thats so not healthy.... hun you need to just trust in your two best friends and stop listening to what other people think... your friends prolly wont hate you they are just really worried about you... you need to get some help.. like talk to your friends about it.. hun dont worry about what others say about you... they are just people the only people that should matter what they think of you is your friends.. and they shouldnt care if your different n stuff... i hope i helped if you wanna talk more you can always email me i no what you are going threw i went threw it all too... my email is lildevilchic35@yahoo.com

Hi,
Don't worry- 105lbs is NOT fat. I know you won't listen to that, but at the age of thirteen you will seem to see the tiniest bit of belly as really fat. If you are normal exept for the stomach area, this is FINE. You just have a low metabolic rate.(Which in case you don't know means the speed our food is digested). If you still feel uncomfortable with this stomach, try doing a few 30 second crunches (hold a sit-up still for 30 seconds)- a stright one and two sidwe ones (one on each side.) ----If you are a little chubby on the arms, face e.c.t, thats also okay- you only weigh 105lbs, you can work it off easily. If you do the following exercises reguarly, it'll be gone way before summer----try to take up a sport as a hobby- running, swimming, cycling, yoga, pilates, rowing and martial arts are all good. Also, try to do a mini- workout every day- don't worry, its not hard! I recomend crunches (see above), 20 sit-ups, 20 press-ups, 20 step-ups, 20 squats (great for chubby thighs and hips- just sqat down as if you are sitting down), 20 starjumps, 20 squat thrusts ( put your hands on the floor and thrust legs up to your elbows then back again), 20 burpies ( a squat thrust with a jump at the end of each leg thrust)and a 10 minute on the spot jog. Always warm up and strech after and before working out. ----Also, whatever you do, DON't make yourself throw up- if you want to be healthy, this is the complete WRONG direction. It is an eating disorder called bulminia and it can kill. Try calling the eating disorders association on 0845 634 7650 or look at their website on www.edauk.com. your not even close to fat!!your actually close to being under wieght..your on your way to an eating disorder,but if you want to lose weight that bad do it the healthy way.eathealthy food and excersise go to this web site and it will tell you your BMI and say if your under weight,normal,or over weight

YOU -- ARE -- NOT -- FAT!!!!! You are fast on the road to a very bad eating disorder called bulemia, which is to eat and purge (throw up or take laxatives to crap it out). This totally wrecks your insides, not to mention what it does to your throat, teeth, tongue, etc. etc.
The people who tease are pushing all your buttons because they KNOW you will react. They don't care about you, they care about making you hurt. Your two best, especially your girlfriend, should let your parents know what you are doing to your body.
Honey, listen to a mother (and I am a mother). You need some counseling NOW. And you need a doctor, NOW. What you are seeing is an exaggerated version of what is really there. If you see what is most likely the teensiest amount of babyfat (because you are only 13), then do some stomach crunches (situps only kill your back in the longrun and don't get rid of the "flab" in front) everyday. Do you know the very best exercises in the world? There are three: 1) walking; 2) swimming; 3) Pilates (which combines a whole lot of things, including isometrics-look that up).
Talk with your mother, immediately, PLEASE. And be thankful you have the friends you do have who care for you as much as they do; listen to them because they love you and know what they are talking about. AND GET SOME HELP NOW.

i read the first 2 or 3 lines and you say you weigh 105lbs thats not fat first of all now about the dudes who pick on you are buttmunches so dont worry about what they say now about you throwing up after every meal or w/e thats juss disgusting instead of throwing up try going to the gym every weekend for an hour or so i mean it worked for me i lost about 15 lbs and im 13 too so juss do that if you wanna talk more im me at monkeebuziness10 iight hoped i helped!!! *~!Hannah!~*

Hun your not fat so why are you trying to t loose weight!? and your turning blimic and thats not good at all yes you loose weight but its REALLLY bad for your body and health! if you want to loose weight do it the right and best way to do it! Summer is far away! exercise everyday and eat healthy. crunches and jooging is good to loose weight!

oh my god are you kidding me? im 13 , about 5 '2 to 5 3' and i weigh like 110! DONT TRY AND MAKE YOURSELF THROW UP. do you know how bad your hurting your body when you do that? and about those people that tease you... say something back to them. think of something cleaver and then they'll know how it feels. and if that doesnt work ignore them. if they say something to you act like you dont even hear it. even if their tapping you on the shoulder or something just don't even look at them. and the more you cry the more tey'll know that there getting to you, and that they are hurting your feelings which will make them wanna say more. hope i helped..

Sweetie, you aren't fat, you're perfect. If you're 13 years old, 5'1.5", and you weigh 105 pounds, that's perfect. You need to seek help. Try going to a clinic for eating disorders. Instead of making yourself through up, try exercising after you eat like running or jogging on a tredmill, doing crunches or sit ups, and all that stuff. Hope I helped :)

you are definately not fat. i am 13, 4'11", and i weigh 115. don't make yourself throw up. it's not good for you. if youdo it continuously you can rupture something and eventually u will start throwing up blood.and if worse comes to wrose you might even die if it doesn't get taken care of. you can eat healthy, diet, and exercise. just don't over work yourself or under eat. you can also go onto google and type in 'loose weight fast' and they'll giv e ya a few sites to look at. just don't make yourself throw up. that's the last thing you want to do.

first of all i dont think your fat, if you dont believe me go to nhlbisupport.com/bmi/bmicalc.htm and type in your height and weight and it will tell you if your overweight/underweight or normal. Second dont make yourself throw up!!! thats what bulmic's do (dont mind my spelling) if you find yourself still throwing up see a doctor. your friends want whats best for you

first of all, YOU AREN'T FAT. i'm like 5'4 and i weigh 115. Your weight is probebly all muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. I'm not going to give you crap about how dieting and making urself vomit are unhealthy at your age because you most likely already know that, and i know exactally how you feel. i was annorexic and bulimic last year and i had to go to a counciler, which is probebly where your going to end up if you keep making yourself vomit. I think I'M the fattest person on the face of this earth, and i tried on my shorts and skirts and stuff from the past summer and there all too tight. i still cry all the time too, i try really hard to lose weight without making myself throw up or skipping meals, but i still do it all the time. the best way to lose weight it cutting down on like candy and junk food, and try jogging some mornings before school, or afer or somthing. i would defenitly stop making myself vomit if i would lose my friends, try a healthier way so they don't have to worry about you. hope i helped a little xo -*jeanine

your not fat at all!! im 5'1 and i weigh 103 and im 15! your not fat at all! dont kid yourself and seriously dont listen to other people, they only do that bc they know it gets to you, and being bolimic is not good at all, that and aneroxia is horrible for your body, stay on your diet dont eat any fatty food/junk food. you should be able to loose weight by the summer, and dont worry about other people their all gay, and if you just stay on your diet, DONT throw up, excersise alot, you should be good for the summer, please dont throw up its bad. do it for your friends hun. xo Renee

Wow! Your so not fat at all! I'm 14 5'2 and weigh 107. You can't let the people that tease you get to you because then they will just keep doing it more. Just blow them off and don't even listen to what they say! As for throwing up thats not healthy at all! What you were doing is good. Cut down on the sweets and start eating healthy foods. And maybe you can sign up for a gym and go there and run on the treadmill and work out and stuff so that way you can lose weight, be healthy and still have your friends! Your calling me fat then to :( thanks. Well im 5'3½ (by the way how did you get the ½ sign? I copied your :-P ) First off your not fat!! You are way far from it!! You are in the perfect range trust me doll! You need some help you might have a case of anarexia. I would go to the hospital because they can help you. Talk to your mom. Just excersize by doing jumping jacks, push ups, situps, crunches, run in place, the biking motion. All that stuff works!!-trixxy
