There are things you can eat that are healthy, and aren't bad for you. Popcorn is good for you if it doesn't have anything on it. And there are some sweets you can buy that taste just the same but are better for you as well. I think maybe you should try signing up for a gym a few hours a week, you can start off slow and if you get someone to help you you could probably get on some sort of plan to help you lose the amount of wait you want.

Well, maybe instead of candy, eat yogurt and fruit instead. Just eat healther and exercise a little more. Do about 20-30 situps, pushups, and crunches before you go to bed. Good luck!
Hope I helped!

candy doesnt add much weight to you sso you can still eat that occasionally, but loose all the big sweets like cakes. a good way to loose weight is by taking up a couple of sports hobbies like tennis or swimming and do those a couple of times a week. remember excersize can be fun!

doing just sit ups won't do the trick. you need to try to eat healthy as much as possible. a little snack here and there won't hurt, as long as it's not all the time. to loose weight you need to eat healthy and exercise-walk around the neighborhood, jump rope. just to give you a few ideas.hope i helped.

Run for 20 minutes everyday.. do LOTS of situps, like atleast 50.. and STOP EATING SWEETS.. I heard that if you stop eating sweets for like 3 weeks then you stop having cravings for them, so be strong.. and DONT expect to lose a bunch of weight immediately, give it time!! Good luck!

You need to have a good workout with a combination of cardio & toning to loose a decent amount of weight...the sit-ups are toning... you need to do some cardio too... like riding your bike, running, dancing, etc... you should exercise for about 20min-1 hr at least 3 days a week... If you really crave something sweet that has a lotta fat in it... just have a small amount... & there are also a lotta yummy snacks that are lowfat... try makin your own milkshakes using skim or 1% milk... or get a couple of canned fruit cocktails... & eat em with fat free whip cream...

well you have to do more then just sit up cuz sit ups arent going to make you lose alot of weight thats just making your tummy tighter. You have to run. Do the biking motion with your legs. Jog. Pushups, jumping jacks, if you cant go running outside cuz it might be cold there then run in place! Or run in the garage when theres not cars in there-trixx

You need to watch what you eat and you need to eat healthier. To stop the cravings, put an elastic on your wrist and snap it when ever you get a craving. Try jogging or running on a tredmill. Drink more water and do crunches instead of sit ups. Hope I helped :)
