my two friends
I have this one really good friend, and let's call her Jane. Jane and I met last year, when I came to her school for a gifted program. Jane and I became kinda friends, but I made a best friend that I'll call Kristen. It's a year later, and now were all good friends. But on the bus the other day, this girl I'll call Sam bad mouthed my friend. I asked Kristen if she liked Jane, and she said no not really. Jane is a really good friend of mine but I don't know what to do?

You can't be asked to choose between your two friends and you shouldn't! If Kristin asks you to, then obviosly she's not that great of a friend. But as of now, it seems like she is and still wants to be ur friend. It's ok if not everyone in your group really likes eachother. But don't talk about Jane behind her back because if she finds out.. well it just wouldn't be good.

Maybe talk to both of them about it. If they still don't like each other, maybe try not letting them hang out. Just hang out with them separately. Good luck!

Here's what you do... NOTHING. If Kristen doesn't like Jane then oh well. That is not your problem. You can like them both and it shouldn't be a problem, and if it is then they are immature. And don't bother telling Jane that Kristen doesn't like her. That will just cause drama that you don't need. If you guys are all getting along together or if it seems like you are then just leave it at that. Obviously, Kristen isn't woman enough to tell Jane how she really feels about her to her face, so just leave the situation alone. Don't make a problem out of something that is not your problem because all you will create is an even bigger problem.

but this is the thing, not everyne gets along with everyone, and you can't fix that...sorry, but as long as they are both your friends and you spend the same amount of time with them, well then things should be fine!

Maybe you should find out why, not just "if they like each other or not". There may be reasons, and possibly you could solve the problems between them. Just try. If that doesn't work, try to tell Kristen good things about Jane, and the same with telling Jane about Kristen. See what happens. And if you are a threesome, do they seem to glare at each other or just seem stand-offish? Hope I helped!

Hang out with them separately. You can be friends with them both, and they don't have to be near eachother. It's a win-win situation.

well, its really not up to you to fix your other friends' relationship. But if you really want to then... Talk to "kristen" about it and found out why she doesn't like "Jane". If you know why,then you might be able to take some step from there to try and fix things.

Well first of all if someone says something bad about one of your friends you should just stay out of it. If they say something bad then hey, that's there opinion. As for your friend Kristen who doesn't like Jane, there's nothing to worry about. Just because you have two friends and one doesnt like the other doesnt mean you have to solve the problem and get them to be friends or etc. They will just stay out of each others lives if they dont want to talk.
