A) I don't fully understand your question! But, yes that would be considered a period.
B) Yes you can bathe with tampons in. You can swim and do many other things as well =)
C) There's absolutly nothing wrong with doing that, but I wouldn't suggest it because that's just gross.
D) Probably not. When you first start using tampons, it does hurt, but you'll eventually get used to them and they won't hurt anymore =)
E) I don't really know how to answer this question. They are really bad pains in your stomatch- sort of like when you get a stomach ache, but it hurts worse than that.
F) One is just as good as the other and they are both healthy =)
G) Of course you can!
H) It's not an unhealthy idea, but I wouldn't suggest doing that because it's gross and messy.
Hope I helped =)

WOAH WOAH WOAH! im not an expert jeez! but i can answer some of your questions.f)i dont know what is healthier but i think you should ALWAYS wear a pad to bed. if you wear a tampon you could get toxic shock syndrom-thats really bad!g)yes you can get pregnant while you have your period beacuse the blood that comes out is not only blood, it's nourishment for the egg then the embrio grows into a baby.h)i don't think sex is a good idea ever if you just got your period, you are waaaaaaaaaaaaayoung girl!

MoonFisher answered Friday November 12 2004, 11:50 pm:
a. Yes, it's just a light flow.
b. Yes, and swim, too.
c. Nope. Orgasm can actually help ease cramps and make your endometrium shed faster.
D. You may just be a little dry or have an intact hymen, which can make tampon insertion uncomfortable. I recommend OB without applicators. You insert them with your finger and they are much more comfortable and smaller than other tampons.
e. Cramps are from your muscles contracting slowly and often painfully to make your endometrium break up and flow out of your vagina.
f. A tampon holds the risk of Toxic Shock Syndrome if you wear it longer than 6-8 hours, though this disease is rare. But, a pad can be smelly, itchy, and uncomfortable. I recommend using tampons all day, sleeping in a pad, and showering in the morning before inserting a fresh tampon.
g. Yes, you can. While most women ovulate (release an egg) about 14 days before their period, many women, especially young women, can ovulate at ANY TIME during their cycle. Better safe than sorry.
h. No, there is no health risk involved, though it can be a little bit yucky and messy, lol. I have sex on my period, but usually we do it in the shower then.
If you have any more questions or concerns, feel free to pm me directly.

lilcutie34633 answered Friday November 12 2004, 10:26 pm:
a) Yes, that's a period. The times you put pads in are probably just not when bloods comin out! lol.
b) Tampons are just to keep blood to not come out.. like if you go swimming at a public pool.. you don't want blood to start going everywhere in the water! Right?
c) Umm.. I don't know about that one.
d) The first few times you insert a tampon, it will probably hurt cuz you haven't had anything up there yet. If you forget to take a previous tampon out, it would still be there.
e) It's when you ache really bad lol
f) I don't really know. I don't think it matters.
Well good luck and hope I helped.

vickiooos answered Friday November 12 2004, 10:12 pm:
ok.. i think i can answer some of your questions.. well most of them... here goes. now tampons i wouldn't suggest using right away after your first few periods.. it's a pretty serious thing.. to think about the intoxication thingy and if your parents even allow it. some are losers b/c they think about "popping the cherry" or breaking your hymon (the thing that determines if you're a virgin) which is gay since you can break it in the simplest ways.. but aynays moving on.. if there's nevre any blood on the pad then you're probably not starting your period which wouldnt make it wise to stick a tampon up there (you may be hurting or touching something in there that's causing the blood)... B... i'm pretty sure you can bathe with tampons in.. they're suppose to be made for you to swim and stuff right? so why not bathing?... c.. errr i wouldnt really suggest masterbation during your period just becuase it's gonna get icky down there so i woudlnt wanna put anything else in there lol... d.. i doubt you'll have forgotten to take out a previous one.. but it might hurt a little but after a while you should get use to the feeling.. the first time may hurt just because you may be breaking your hymon.. e.. cramps are when your muscles are over working itself and are too tense so they well basically tense together for a period of time making it hard to use that muscle.. cramps during that time of the month usually occur for girls near the inner thighs or even the stomach. it just means that the inside of your body is getting tight due to i think the dropping of the egg so the body tightens up (making cramps).... f.. well pads do feel like diapers and can be a hassle to dispose of and manuver in (which is why most girls stick to pads for a while before moving onto tampons).. tampons make periods alot easier.. but there's also alot of chances that you might have stuck it in wrong (i've heard stories lol).. it can get caught on muscles or stuff.. you can stick it in too mcuh or too little.. ther's alot of things that cna go wrong with it so alot of people don't reallt trust it until they're really that sure about it or some never even use it period.. umm g.. i'm pretty positive that you can get pregnant while you're on your period.. and h... it'd be very uncomfortable b/c again your period gets you a little dirty down there so i don't know if having sex would be a wise decison.

a: i really can't help you with that.. it might be your not active enough to get any in the pad.. im like that sometimes. If im sitting for a few hours.. and then go to change.. theres nothing.. but it may not be like that for you.. sorry.. i dont know that one..
b:yes.. they are pretty much for comfort and so u can go swimming and stuff.. its perfectly fine to bathe with them in
c: personally.. i wouldnt do it.. its pretty messy.. but i dont think it really matters.. i dont like the feel of it when im on my p.. so i dont do it
d: well ya.. always remember to take ur tampon out! and change them often enough so u dont leak.. and so u dont get sick.. its unsanitary not to
e: cramps are exactly what it says. Its just cramps in ur lower back or lower stomach area.. it just .. hurts.. its pretty hard to describe.. u'll know if u have them.. trust me!
f:well.. pads are sort of healthier.. theres a slight chance of getting TSS with using a tampon.. and that can be fatal.. but really RARE.. TSS is Toxic Shock Syndrome.. u can read about it at [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
g: no! your period is the release of the egg and all that stuff needed to get preg.. so no u cant.. u can still have sex..but its gross..
h: its really gross.. blood gets everywhere.. and on u.. and him.. its just gross.. and it looks even worse afterwards.. its just a HUGE mess!

to answer any other questions u may have go to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)

it will be a big help!
hope i helped!!

a)yes that is your period
b)yea but I wouldn't like I would put a new one in after my shower/bath bc the string gets wet and it annoying
c)Its fine I guess but you might get blood on your hands
d)if you put a tampon in correctly it doesn't hurt
e) cramps are when the muscles in that area contract too fast or too often
f)It doesn't really matter its all in what you prefer but a tampon leaves the area much cleaner
g)If you ovulate early that cycle then yes or could get pregant since sperm can live for 2 days inside you
h)its not unhealthy but most guys i know don;t like it since it bloody and girls usually in the mood for sex during their period

aNgeLxfOrEvEr answered Friday November 12 2004, 3:37 pm:
A. Confusing question, but when you wear a tampon/pad and theres blood on it later, thats your period. No blood = No period. B. Well you can swim while using tampons, so I guess you can bathe with them. But I would recommend taking them out while bathing. Swimming you should wear them though. C. Not sure about this one. D. If you forgot to take the tampon out, that is a very bad idea. You can get sick if you keep them in, so don't forget! You might also be putting it in wrong. ALSO, because the first few times you use it, it will hurt, so you'll eventually get used to it. E. Cramps are when you get like pains in your stomach or your side because you are on your period. You can also get them when you run a distance too. The exact definition for cramps (that fits with this) is: "Spasmodic contractions of the uterus, such as those occurring during menstruation or labor, usually causing pain in the abdomen that may radiate to the lower back and thighs." F. It is actually healthier to wear pads, but most people wear tampons. Most people don't like pads, they are not that comfortable. G. Yes, if you are having sex during your period, it is possible that you can get pregnant. H. Yes it is, because you can get pregnant, and other reasons...
