SweetPea9839 answered Friday November 12 2004, 3:15 pm: i once tried the atkins diet which worked very well...i lost like 12 pounds in 2 weeks....it worked very well...but when eating not a lot of carbs..it kind of gets you a little tired....you must excercise as well...it depends on what kind of diet you want to go on or how fast you want to lose weight....dont worry about the number as much..it is if you think your body is in good physical shape...just make sure you diet and excercise right and you should be fine..i hope that my advise has helped you..if you need to ask any other questions about dieting or anything.,,,,dont be affraid to ask me!!
