okay im about 125 lbs n i dont think im a fatty or anything but how can i lose wieght quickly and tone my body?

If you are 125 and anywhere from 5' 3" to 5' 9" you are perfect...as far as you need to go if you want to look better is to tone your body. What you can do, and its what I did, is got to a gym and work with weights. Now don't use a lot of weight and fewer reps. Its the other way around. Use a minimal weight and do more reps. Like for your arms...use a 10lb dumb bell and do 25 curls. Trust me it will burn at first but it will get you well tone within a few weeks. ]
hey! exercise and watch what you eat. run or do some sport that you like. also, only eat healthy snacks like fruits. but exercising once a day or a couple times a week will definitely help you get your body in shape and you should see the result in a few weeks if you do it regularly. hope this helped, peace and love! ]
go on a diet watch what you eat try fruits instead of fatty fat foods just do crunches ]
well... if you're a girl.. you really wont lose weight, you'll just gain muscle..that is..if you work out. So just exercise alot n' lift weights and you'll tone out but you'll just gain muscle and that's good though. ]
i would say just exercize alot and an eazy way to do that is run fer about an hour every day (if seen it work.. its a GREAT idea) and then theres that hole eat health thing ]
Just exercise for about a half hour every day ]
Deffinitly start lifting weights and spliting your meal perportions in half.

i once tried the atkins diet which worked very well...i lost like 12 pounds in 2 weeks....it worked very well...but when eating not a lot of carbs..it kind of gets you a little tired....you must excercise as well...it depends on what kind of diet you want to go on or how fast you want to lose weight....dont worry about the number as much..it is if you think your body is in good physical shape...just make sure you diet and excercise right and you should be fine..i hope that my advise has helped you..if you need to ask any other questions about dieting or anything.,,,,dont be affraid to ask me!!
