i dont want 2!!!
I have 2 change schools in 2 weeks and i wont no any1 @ my new school and + ive never been 2 a public school before. What should i do?

i went through the same thing, i was so nervous about it. just dont be incredibly shy and not talk to anybody, because thats not gunna get u anywhere, but dont be too talkative to where its annoying

Talk to your mom about it and if shes not willing to let u go back to private then juss lay low.... people will talk to you and you'll get friends and you'll get to like it... trust me.... juss give it time... IT ROCKS!

public schools r fun!!! You will make new friends. AND, you can still keep in touch with all your other friends from your private school (if you didn't have homeschool). Its fun!!! Sure, you will feel uncomfortable at first in your new school, but soon, when you meet some nice people, you will feel right at home! I promise =)

first impresions always are good...when you go to a public school u want to act nice n not stuck up...because then no one will like you...you will deff make friendz if ur a nice person...what i suggest is to mayb ask teachers to introduce u to sum pplz

try tellin your parents u dont want 2 go.explain to them how u wont have n e new friends at that school. but if you still have to go 2 a new school just try and make the best of it.
***i had to go to a new school this year and i didnt want to go either i wanted 2 go to the school that all my friends were going to. it seemed like at my school on the first day everyone was seperating in *groups* already. on like the second day i was starting 2 kno alot of people and now alot of them r my friends and i LOVE my new school.*** dont be down on going 2 a new school until u get there and kno wats its like.

when i transfered to a public school i was kidna scared at first too. dont worry it isnt bad at all. just turn to the person sitting next to you in class and say something funny about the teacher.

Just be friendly and be yourself and people will like you. A lot of times you'll have to say hi first, take the initiative. Bonne chance!

Changing schools is a great experience, once you get through it. Just, when you sit down in class, say hi, I am ____. i'm new. Ask what there schedule is and what lunch they have. If they have the same lunch with you say, do you mind if i sit with you? I don't know anyone. They'll most likly say yes. Take your time and don't get stressed out. Say "hi" to people that are in your classes. Hope this helps

Hey Take sum advice from me....I've gone to 4 new schools...You'll meet friends....They're not hard to make at all, Just be yourslef and someone will seek you out...Byt the end of your first day I bet that you will have made at lest one friend! well Good Luck at your new school! Hope I helped!

Talk to people in all of your classes the first day and try making friends with them. Public schools are incredibly fun! Good luck.

Well, I've gone to public schools all my life. Their great! (depending on where you live) Anyway, it's kinda fun to move schools, because you can start over. Nobody knows you, so you can be who you want to be, and that will be the other people's first impression of you. AND, you get the advantage of meeting new..MORE friends. You can keep your friends from your old school, and make more! I hope your new school is fun :D If ya need anything else, ask mE!

try to meet people from that school before you go. Ask all your current friends if they know anyone from that school and see if they will introduce you. If that doesnt work, dont worry.. just smile a lot and be nice and you'll make new friends quick enough.

i am a really shy person, which sometimes really sucks lol. anyway if you are shy too, then you should really try hard to be social and make friends fast! make sure that you and your friends from your current school stay in touch! i had to switch schools once and it didn't take very long to make friends because i tried really hard to talk to people! I'm sure that it will work out fine...if you have any other questions feel free to ask me! I hope i helped and tell me how it goes!
