Q: Is it true that girls shouldn't use tampons if they are virgins? I mean I know that they can, but I was just told that if you're a virgin you shouldn't use a tampon.
If so, why?
I have plenty of friends who are virgins and use tampons. They say it's a lot more comfortable and such. They also claim to have never had a problem with them.

I know this is a dumb question, but at least I'm not saying that I've had sex with 3 guys and that I haven't had my period and didn't use protection and want to know if I'm pregnant and/or have an STD.

Anyway, despite the oddness of the question, I was just kind of curious about it.

The only reason i can think of that would give someone a reason to say that, is because sometimes putting in a tampon can pop your cherry. if your gynocologist looked at u or something, to her it would look like you weren't a virgin even if you were. but it wont necessarilly pop your cherry. hope i helped, please come see my blog!

I just read a book called the curious incident of the dog in the night-time, by Mark Haddon, it is about an autistic 15-year old named Chris. in the very beginning someone dies. it immediatly sucks you in. and it's not like a super weird book, Chris is like a genius just a few things really freak him out. it gives you a better understanding of deeper parts of the world that you wouldn't normally notice. hope i helped, RATE ME PLEASE! feel free to ask me stuff anytime.

Q: there is a school swimming party that is coming up, the time that i have my period!! and it will only be the 2nd time that i have had it, but can someone give me advice on what to do when you have to swim, but you dont know how to use a tampon?? can you just use a thin pad? i will rate! and its coming up real soon! thanks to much!

First of all, the first year of your period is completely unpredictable, so you most likely will not get your period during the time of this pool party. After my first one i didn't have my second till 5 months later. second of all, if you do in fact get your period during this pool party, you really should use a tampon. it is really really easy to put in (try tampax pearl they are super easy). the easiest way to put it in is right after a shower because you are more slippery (lol) but seriously tampons are the way to go. hope i helped, feel free to ask me anything again!

Q: okay. i like this guy alot! And my friend asked him if he likes me. He he said "no.....just as a friend". but she says he said it funny (like he was lieing)
And, i dunno 2 move on. or keep flirting. *because when he flirts-i flirt/when i flirt-he flirts.
Do i give up or what?

if he flirts with you, then he probably does like you regardless of what he told your friend. maybe he just isn't sure that you like him, so if he told your friend that he does in fact like you as more than a friend, he probably knows that she would tell you. but if you flirt a little more then he might ask your friend if you like him and if she tells him that uyou do like him he will probably ask you out!! if you have any other questions regarding this or anything else feel free to ask me!

Q: I'm thinking about buying a Lacoste on ebay..for those of you who don't know what it is, it's a really expensive polo retailing for $72-$79 in stores like Saks, Nordstroms, etc..The problem is, I don't want to get scammed and be sold a fake one. How do I know if it's real? The one I am currently bidding on has a $0.99 starting bid. The seller states that it has two mother of pearl buttons. She has a feedback of 99.7%. Is this a scam? How do I spot the real ones?

two things. first of all 99 cents is hardly anything, so if i were u i would ask her why she is starting the bid so low. second of all, she is probably not scamming you if her feedback is 99.7%, but that also depends how many people she has sold to. so check that out. if she doesn't get back to you about y she is pricing so low, then it might be better to buy it from someone else with the same rating, but selling it at atleast 20.00 probably because that is close to reasonable. any other questions? feel free to ask me anytime!

Q: I have a persuasive speech that I have to write by tomorrow. my aim is to persuade people do donate blood, it has to be a six to eight minute speech so if anyone out there has anything good on that topic that might help it would be awesome, thanks. :)

i'm not really sure, but for starters definately say something along the lines of "it doesn't take long for you to donate it, and it can help someone so much." i'm sure you will do great! if you have any other questions about this or anything else feel free to ask!

i have a really complicated sitch but here it goes: ive been with guy A for a bit over a month and since hes really shy, he wont talk to me or make time to be with me.he doesnt like talkin on the phone, in person and he never checks his email. i was the one that asked him out for this reason. he said he liked me and everything but he never shows it and im guessing its cuz hes a bit immature.
anyway, guy B has been my friend for a lil while and i got him together with one of my girlfriends (cuz he liked her) then she broke up with him for no reason...hes a sweetie and did everything to make her happy (he was goth and he kinda changed for her) its been 5 weeks since they broke up and i was talking to him about guy A and how i wasnt sure about him. he told me that bad side about him and how i should wait or just be paitient. then when he was helping me (after talking for 5 hours online) he admitted he liked me. im so confused... i like them both and well im on the verge (dumping guy A) and guy B is on the rebound so i dont know if its "real". please give me your honest view and help. ill rate you for answering honestly...not just go with the first thing that goes through your mind.

i like italian because it is a more delicate, pretty language. i think sometimes germans sound a little harsh and like beasts...lol hope i helped

Q: I am about the most well-rounded peron in my school, with the exception of P.E. I get A's in everything. I'm equally good in English, Math, Science, and Theater. I can't chose which class I want to excel in. And don't say choose your favorite because each subject has it's own reasons for being my favorite. I just want to find my niche. Everyone is good at something. I just want to find that something rather than somethings.

i think theatre would be a good choice because then you can sing, dance, and act and the pay is really good. plus it is always a blast. with math it could get kind of boring just managing stocks all day. science would be pretty cool, and so would english but i think if you are choosing a career or something you should choose theatre. i think it would be really awsome but that is just my opinion! hope i helped let me know what u choose!

Q: i want my hair to not poof during the day because it usualy does so i would have to go to the bathroom and put a little water on my hair so it wont poof. i am planning to go out and buy hairspray that will keep my hair stay unpoofy and stay straight for the whole day, anyideas?

it depends on the guy. some guys like really athletic girls, some guys like really smart girls, but almost every guy i have ever met likes funny girls.

get some hot water on your face, put it all around your face but just a little bit. find your mom in the morning and act like u are getting something to drink. she will notice that you are a little wet and be like oh im just really hot. then get ready for school and when u are about to go be like it is so hot in here! then if she drives you to school be like i have a headache. she will notice and be like you can't go to school when you're sick! be like 'oh i have to go to school' .

when i got my braces off it didn't hurt anymore than getting them on. if i were you, i would just relax and think about how awsome it will be to have a brace free mouth! hope i helped.

Q: ok well theres this guy i have been liking for a while, lets call him b*. well he started talking to me like 3 weeks ago and we've been cool ever since. he's been giving me hugs, saying hi to me around school n stuff. he's always asking me for gum lol cause im the "gum lady." he seems to be a real sweetheart. well this last week, we were partners in class and he was like touching all up on me and he told me he likes me n stuff. he was asking me all these questions and just being very "friendly." he asked me if i like him and i said yes, and he seemed very happy about that. he gave me his number and told me to call him, so i did and it didn't seem like he wanted to talk to me. and now around school he doesn't give me hugs anymore.. when i talk to him it seems like he doesn't care or whatever. i went to the homecoming football game and i talked to him and he just like didn't listen to anything i said and he was a real jerk to the guy friend that i brought. do you think he still likes me, and why might he be acting all weird?

he could be going through hormones or maybe something is going on at home. i think that you should talk to him about it and find out what is wrong. i think that he was a jerk to your guy friend because maybe he thinks that you like ur guy friend as more than a friend and he got jealous...? if he says nothing is wrong, and that he'll change then give him a week or so and if he is still jerky then maybe you should talk to him again about it and A)give him another chance or two or B)break up with him. consider your options and let me know how it goes! hope i helped!

Q: 13/f Sorry if this is a little confusing!

My friend goes to a differnt school than me. She introduced this kid to me (hes 12) and now I'm beginning to liek him. I know he likes me too, because my friend asked him and he said yes, and he also told me. Like, it would work out great with us, except for one thing, my friend. She used to go out with him and he dumped her a little while ago. But she still likes him..a LOT. He knows that she likes him, but he doesnt like her. The girl that introduced us (that I have been talkign about the whole time, that likes him also) is mad at him for liking me, and mad at me for liking him. She really doesn't want me to like him, but it's hard NOT to..you know what I mean?? Well it's really confusing and I don't know what to do. What if he asks me out? I like him a lot too, but I don't want to lose my friend. Please help me?

the same thing happened to me except me and my friend go to the same school and we liked a guy at our school. she can't be mad at you for liking him. tell her that you are sorry that you both like the same guy but its not fair of her to be mad at u because u like him! if she gets mad at you then she might not be worthy of your friendship. if you really don't want to get in a fight with her then maybe you should just kind of try not to flirt with him or talk to him that much (i know thats really sad :-( ) and try to talk to other guys at your school. if i were you i would just go for it. but it is totally up to u. consider the consequences of what you are going to do, and i hope i helped! let me know what happens, my email address is razzledazzle8272@yahoo.com
