Help on book selection.

Question Posted Saturday July 9 2005, 5:41 pm

Hey everyone. I have started to read a little bit lately, and I was wondering if any of you could list some books that are good. Fiction is the main cateogory that I would like to read. Your help would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks, Caleb

I'm not sure what you're into, so you might wanna check out these books at barnesnoble.com or amazon.com and see if the descriptions interest you.

- The Outsiders
- Aria of the Sea
- The Third Eye
- The Giver
- From the Corner of His Eye (DEFINITELY RECOMMEND it!)
- After
- Aragorn

my all time favorite book is where the red fern grows by wilson rawls but its pretty big so if you want lighter, my second favorite is define normal by Julie Anne Peters. there is also chicken soup books which are really good and the perks of being a wallflower but i HIGHLY recommend where the red fern grows

OMG you have to read the book called "go ask alice". it is possibly the best book i have ever read..you WILL get hooked. its about this girl in the 60's who of course starts drugs. she tells you about her damn right trippy adventures, dangers, and love. read it....you wont be sorry and you wont want to do drugs.

DO ET!! lol
xoxox Christine
p.s its a true story..its the girls diary found by her parents.

I just read a book called the curious incident of the dog in the night-time, by Mark Haddon, it is about an autistic 15-year old named Chris. in the very beginning someone dies. it immediatly sucks you in. and it's not like a super weird book, Chris is like a genius just a few things really freak him out. it gives you a better understanding of deeper parts of the world that you wouldn't normally notice. hope i helped, RATE ME PLEASE! feel free to ask me stuff anytime.
