Vitamin C is usually passed out in your urine if you take too much. Read the package. If there is no warning, I'd say you're safe.

Overdosing on vitamin C can be very very hazardous to your health. Too much and BAM, death.

No. They won;t do anything to hurt you. Go ahead and eat a dozen packs of them if you feel like it, you'll be fine.

You can't over dose on vitamin c, but if it is a chewable vitamin c then taking it too often can erode your tooth enamel. There's also stuff about what vitamin c will do to your blood and urine tests here <html> [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) </html>

Fern's got the best on here so far.

I thought I'd go ahead and add that Vitamin C is one of the FEW vitamins that you pretty much cannot OD on... other vitamins like A, any of the B's (riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, etc), D, E, and K are all capable of overdose, and some can even be deadly at a high enough level.

Well here it says not to take more than it says on the package, so you might want to take a look at the package.

I asked my mom though and she told me that extra vitamin C, you just pee out, which I could have done without hearing her tell me. Anyways, you should never take something in extreme excess, even when it is something very good for you.

Just don't go overboard and you'll be ok.
