how do i do this...?
im invited to my one friend's party next month. and my exbest friend is going to be there, and she is really mean to me, she says mean things about me and hurts my feelings and posts mean things on my site, so i really dont feel like seeing her at the party. i know i should still go cause its the right thing to do but please understand that im so scared and i dont want to have to deal with her cause i'll cry if she makes me feel uncomfortable. so how do i break it to my friend whose having the party that i cant go, without saying its because of my exfriend?

Tell her that your moms friend wants you to babysite for her. Or if you wanna go to the party, if she comes up to you then just say bug of get a life or something, make her look bad
