I'd say six years but only after you've turned 21.
But for most people it's up to you I mean my grandparents are 15 years apart. It's fine with everyone (I actually couldn't tell). Hope I helped.

love knows no age! if you are truley in love then age shouldnt even come to mind! especially because when your younger one year seems weird but when you get older it doesnt rele matter since you are talking about the future.

My grandparents were married for more than 50 years, and grandfather was 8 years older than my grandmother. Grandfather was around 30 or so I think when they got married because he had come back from the war in 1945 (?) and grandmother had my mom when she was 25 two years later. They were always together even though they complained about each other sometimes when the other one left the room. They hardly ever parted.
I think its more about the maturity of your chosen mate.

It really depends on your age, because when you are a teenager a couple years would be the maximum. Early adult, it goes to maybe 5 or 6 years. Thirty or older can be as much as 10 years. So the older you are the greatest the age difference.

I'd say like 3 years cuz older then that the oldest is considered a pedafile and it's against the law and they can get charged so I'd stick with like 3 years in between...it's like 10 times better unless your in your like mid 20s it's more like 5 to 6 cuz your old enough to make your own decisions

After you are 21, age diffrence isn't a problem because you are both mature adults and can legally drink so there shoudl be no hang ups. If your 13 it is illegal to have intercourse with anyone over 13. If you are over 13 and under 16 under 18 it's illegal to have intercourse with anyone more than 2 years older than you (thats for NJ), Dating someone whose an adult when you are not, is a bad idea because they may be more experienced, expect diffrent things and if your parents don't like it, they can press charges which is never fun. Age is just a number and it don't mean anything but I think 7 or 8 years is the maximum because it's just wrong dating someone that's 10 years older than you. Hope I helped :)

umm prolly about 2 yearz apart in my opinion..but im 17 and my boyfriend is 20...so about 2 to 3 yearz ..
