getting dumped.
ok, my boyfriend dumped me. but i have no idia why. he told me that he just didnt want a girl friend.. but i know thats not the reason. ive herd that way to many times before. i cant stop thinking about it. his name is all over my binder in sharpie.. i dont no what to do. im lost. it seems like there are no guys on the earth but him. does anyone know any ways to get my mind off him, or get over him?

I went through the same thing you are going through. I had his name all over everything of mine and then one day he called and told me it was over and when i asked why.. he said he didnt know... to this day.. I still dont know why we broke up. We were together for 2 years off and on. and that was the hardest thing I have ever went through. Its been almost a year since we broke up and I still love him as much as I did the day i met him and still think about him all the time. I dont think there is anyway to truely get over someone who you loved so much. There will always be some memories of him carried with you forever I guess you can say. But.. There are other guys out there. You just need to go out and give other ones a chance.. You never know.. you may find someone worth giving a chance.. And maybe one day your ex boyfriend will realize what he lost and come back.... I hope this helped..

Sometimes it takes awhile. I've been rejected from so many girls and sometimes took a year to get over them. Start hanging out with your friends alot more. Let your anger out on like a soccerball or punching bag or a golf driving range, basically a sport you play or something. Focus on something else like your hobbies. Well, if you one of those girls, GO SHOPPING!!! Meditate, go in a jacuzi, get a massage. Something relaxing and enjoyable. Burn all of his pix and that binder and get a new one.

I know how you feel. Sometimes I still wonder about my ex's. First get a new binder or do something to get rid of his name. Doing that will remind you a little less of him. Take him off your buddy list on AIM so you won't be tempted to try to mend things. Focus on other things right now like school or your friends. I had two songs that reminded me of my ex and I stopped listening to them. You know you are over him when you can listen to a song or talk about him without wanting to get back together. Ask your girlfriends to have like a lil party or sumthing and bring guys or go see a movie with girls and guys...and just forget all about that boy that dumped you for no good reasons....cuz if he says I don't want a girlfriend he's abviously to stupid to realize he had a great girl why doesn't he want her ne more...so just don't think about him go watch a scary movie to scare the shit out of yourself and that way you'll forget about him

gosh. i feel so bad. i kinda feel that way about my bf, i dread the day we break up.. neways. i would say surround urself with good people. ur friends ect. do things to pass the time and start talking to other guys... or if u want to take some time b4 u do that then have fun. dont go into this big depression stage and cut everyone else out because of him. keep ur head up its gonna be tough but u can do it.

hey, yea break ups are really tough, and it hurts, but trust me there are bettr guys, its going to be so hard trying to get over him but give it time. I just think this way when im trying to get over somebody i really liked, you are either going to find a much better guy or this guy is going to come crawling back to you, those are the only two choices. Yea, there might be some loser guys before you find the better guy but you just have to wait a bit and the special new guy will soon to come along!

maybe he doesnt want a girlfriend at the moment...maybe he is tried of trying to be so perfect or w.e and wants to take a break from the bf/gf relation..I know how it is, at the moment it seem that my friend aka as my BFF is a guy and it seems to me that know one would ever take over his place in my heart and that I dk what I'd do if I ever lost him...try hanging out with friends and family, do some sports or babysit for neighbors or something...but ask your ex if you could just be friends for the remainder..and see what happens..
