Blondie04 answered Monday August 16 2004, 6:44 pm: I don't do crunches. I do sit-ups. I do what you call ladder sit-ups: 10 on Monday, 20 on Tuesday, 30 on Wednesday, 40 on Thursday, and 50 on Friday. I also run throughout the week. On Saturday, I would add a couple of miles extra, take a break on Sunday. I have had success in losing weight in the stomach and all over, and also getting that muscular look in the stomach. Keep working at it. It takes patience. [ Blondie04's advice column | Ask Blondie04 A Question ]
