ok i just started high school a few days ago and its really hard to make friends b/c they all pretty much came from all the same schools and everyone already has friends and groups already and i dont... ive met some ppl but we arent like close or anything so what should i do

you should just start talkin to people .. they will want to be your friend .. you can still be friends with sumone that is in a group .. just try to be friendly to people and less shy .. i mean it is hard for me to make friends too cuz i am VERY shy lol .. hope i helped xOxO MAndah

hmm...well focus on 1 group! meet a couple of the people in that group and be sure to be really nice! you know how groups are they might get to talkin and say well hey this girl is really nice maybe we should invite her to go shopping or something..! who knows! but whatever you do be friendly! i hope everything works out to the best!

Continue to make friends wit more people... eventually u will get close to them... make plans to do sumthing over the weekend and invite every1 to go out... ( movies/food/ur house if ur comfortable having them over )

You've met people. Thats good, blosom those "relationships" into something more close. If you can meet people, and they like you as a person, keep doing what your doing. Just keep it real, and be yourself.

Yeah I definitely know how that goes. I would start talking to people, like the ones in your classes and what not, and eventually you'll find people with your similar interests, and you'll have good friends before you know it!

oo, i was in the same situation when i started high school i just meved in the town and didnt know anyone. i just talked to people around me and i got to know everyone, made some friends during my lunch period, so dont worry u should be fine, unless ur staying away from people and not talking to them.
but either way, you should be fine, it takes some time to get sued to a new school.

well, you say you JUST started high school, seems like youve been doing good so far, meeting some people. but you have to make sure youre not being shy and quiet. you should put yourself out there and introduce yourself to new people. your not going to find a best friend the first few days at a new school. good luck.

Okay, sounds to me like your too shy. Go and go talk to people. Otherwise, no one will notice you. Talk/flirt..get to know people. That way, you can get more friends and fit in.

Don't be afRaid to speak up in class. That's one of the best ways to get kid's attention. On the way to class... say hello to some of youR fellow classmates if you seem 'em. And if you get to school eaRly, and you see one oR two of 'em togetheR, just go up and staRt talkin'. It's difficult, I know.. same thing happened to me when I staRted high school - I didn't know a single peRson! But you'll do okay!
