ok this mite be totally wrong but if ur open to opinion ok well i think get in her face say NO make a big fuss to ur parents and then get a lock on ur door so she cant cum in and evrytime she tryes to cum in threetin to yell at the top of ur lungs to get ur mom and dad and say if she ever bosses u around again that u will trow her in a trash can and leave her on the side of the road in like say sum place like canada or ohio sumthin like that so that sum wolves or cyoteys can eat her and srry if it a lil to rude for u but i just think u should stand up for urself=)

Dont let her push you around, stand up for yourself. If she tells you to do somthing just ignore her. Let her knows whos boss. She'll get the idia soon that she isnt if you push her around a little.

always call shotgun first! lol ...seriously tho, i don't kno how old you are, but do your parents discipline her when she gets out of line?? and do you have ne privileges that she doesn't have yet?? and i'm sure that when you have your friends over she wants to hang out with you guys, so maybe you can use your friends as a way to make you the older one since she doesn't have friends your age, right? ((...from my experience, younger siblings always admire the older ones so just love her and try to compliment her as much as you guys fight! lol i kno that's not what you want to hear tho, so i'll stop!))

My sister and I never got along. 2 completely different people and she always thinks she used to always think she was the boss. Very selfish most of the time. You just gotta stay strong and keep your head up. You may think you hate her or she hates you but that isn't true. In time when you guys get older and more mature things will get better..I promise, they did for me :) Keep up a good fight!
