toning ok im 16 and i am pretty in shape. i am not extremely ripped but i have a nice figure. ive done a million sit ups and i know that i have a 6 pac just EGGING to pop out, but i need to lose a little bit of fat on my stomach for it to show a lot. whats a good, fast way to lose just a little bit of weight so that my abs will show a lot more?

0o0o wat u can go iz eat alot healthier n drink water n not pop! N u could runn around ur block-do situps-or ne kind or workout that has to 2 do with ur upper body lyke ur stomach ]
Try running around your block and eating healthier, and drinking water and not pop. You should lose weight that way. Hope that helps!

working out is the BEST way to loose weight...you shouldnt use those tv diet pills they can screw you up so just keep doin situps regurlarly and maybe try running around the neighborhood or going to the gym if the sit ups dont give u the results you want!!! if u need nething else just let me know!! good luck n im sure you are beautiful the way you are n ur 6 pack will show up soon!!!

first of all you probably arent doing your situps correctly. if u do them wrong u can hurt youself. i would suggest running around your block regularly. and no treadmill. those things are pieces of crap. they dont give u near the workout a normal jog would.~anie ]
Just keep doing situps! Try doing them while holding weights on your chest, it helps to make them harder and more effective. ]
i have the same problem u do i have trouble gettin muscle tone.... take a lot of protein wether its like a shake or meat... but make sure u take a bunch of it and keep lifting or sit ups
and pretty soon that 6 pack will be showin ]
Do sit-up ands crunches.. crunches are very strong we do at least 50 every class (martial arts class) and i can feel it in my stomach-trix ]
Just run and keep doing crunches or sit ups, and try to stay busy doing stuff. you'll get it sooner or later :-) ]
well wen i work out i use my dads bowflex it works right on ur abbs so u can get a six pack so try that or if u dont own 1 go to a gym and work out with something that works on ur abbs ]
hmm maybe you could get rid of the junk food and eat healthy, and what i do is 50-100 crunches in the morning and then the same before bed. =D

You can cut back on the things u it not completely cut them out juss kinda watch wat your eating and u can do different types of crunches to work it off!! hope i helped

You don't need to lose weight,you just have some flab that needs toning up. Do crunches in addition to the situps. And eat healthy. The six pac should pop out. But on a girl six pacs don't like that great. Flat stomachs do,but not ripped abs like that. ]
running helps alot.. if not just keep doing ab work.. ]
