Considering you had your first period two years ago, you can rule out the idea that this has anything to do with regualting itself. You are definitely underweight for your height and this is messing w/your body in a way that you are no longer having a period, you should see a gynecologist and gain some weight before you do more damage. If you continue to lose weight or maintain this weight you could also stunt your growth and do major organ damage. Please seek out professional medical advice and don't rely on this column, people giving advice around here are not much older than you and can only say what they think-a doctor is much more sound advice than random columnists. ]
Your weight loss might have something to do with it. Or you might just be irregular. Most people start out being irregular like that. If you'd like you could talk to your Mom about it or the doctor. You probably have nothing to worry about!
Hope this helped!

talm to ur mom and go to the doctor girl1!! ]
Hey!
Your body is still settling down, and getting used to regular periods. I missed two or three months worth of periods when I first started, and then I started getting them every fortnight, and then they settled down into a regular pattern. Try not to worry about it, but if you'd like some medical advice I suggest going to see your doctor. ]
This is normal. i went without mine for 8 months and i wasn't sexually active either. your body is still gettin used to your period so be patient. if you start feeling sick or anything go to the doctor. ]
You height or weight has nothing to do with it. That stuff happens when you start, so don't worry. At three months pregnant, there should be a bit of a stomach.
Here is an archive of a woman named Tiffany when she was pregnant - all fine for veiwing.

being depressed can make u not have ur period and yea ur weight can also be another factor..u should also go get checked bout ur weight cuz thats not really good weighing that much and ur 14..good luck ]
yes your weight has something to do with it!! you are extremely underweight! please eat something. plus it takes a couple of years to get a regular cycle. but seriously, i am 5'3'' and 112 lbs, and I am considered underweight. see a doctor ]
Well i got my period last in feb so i skipped march april may and june then i got it finally this month.. so i wouldnt worry about it to much although i did alot and i've had it sense the summer going into 7th but im going into 9th to so i've had it for 2 years too-trix ]
Sudden weight loss can definetely have an effect on your periods. So can being sick,or having any kind of infection in your system.I would make an appointment with the gyno,or even your regular doctor to see what's going on.They may want to run some tests to check out everything. But don't worry yourself too much, having irregular and spuratic periods is common among young girls, and especially when you've really only begun having periods recently. The doctor may put you on the pill to help regulate your periods.Be sure and let your doctor know about your weight loss,if he/she hasn't already noticed it.You're quite skinny for your height. So the doc may want to check into that as well.To sum it all up:get yourself to the doctor!!!Hehe! :) ]
See a doctor immediately. If you think you had it in April, most girls have killer periods and would remember, then you may not have. This isn't normal and you may have something wrong with you. ]
go to your doctor and tell him/her about it...you could have a problem so you need to get that check out asap ]
No your just getting like losing weights your doing heavy exercises that is a possibility
Love Ashley ]
This isnt in a rude way, but you are way to skinny! when you are that skinny it causes your bodily functions to start shutting down. tell your mother asap and go to the doctor. you can talk about some diet plans that will get your body back on the right track!! godd luck sweety!!! love amanda ]
You really should tell you Mom. Your weight may have something to do with it, but only a doctor can tell. Have your Mom take you. I hope things work out. =D ]
Sometimes periods are weird and can go without going or something you should see a doctor and see what he says.

hope i helped ]
I didn't have my period for six months, so i know how you feel. Make sure you drink lots of water, and dance a lot!!! After i danced for eight hours one day it came (of course i usually dance 3 hours a day so you won't have to do as much) another thing, eat more fats, not more carbs, but like meats and stuff

i am 15 and i have the same problem, i ahve no clue when my period is coming.. its a pain, it is jsut that your body hasnt hasd time to regulate give it a year or 2 and it should get a normal pattern, it may even skip a few months forever.. dont we all wish it would jsut go away!.. ]
Okay well your 14 if you first got your period in 2002 you must have been 12. And according to doctors its normal for an irregular period up to the first 2-3 years you start your period. If you have basically been normal until then maybe you should talk to your doctor or ask your mother or another adult about the problem. ]
