SeXyLaCi_XoX answered Wednesday July 21 2004, 1:06 pm: No, I haven't heard of any cases of people dying because they drink soda a lot. Don't worry bout it!
Also, I have heard that you can over dose by drinking a certain amount of cola in a certain amount of time, but, it would be so much soda in so little time that it's practically impossible. But, that does't mean it's not incredubly bad for you to drink a lot of soda. [ selectopaque's advice column | Ask selectopaque A Question ]

You're probably getting a caffeine high from it or something...try eating an apple, I hear it wakes you up better than a cup of coffee in the morning.

Diet soda is bad for you. It contains aspartame, a sugar substitute. You might as well have the sugar, the substitute is WORSE than sugar. Research it on the net. [ AskSpanky's advice column | Ask AskSpanky A Question ]
