ok i'm really short like 5'0 and I think I'm over really weight I'm about 125-130:-/ and I want to get myself bad into shape. Do you think I'm honestly over weight? Can you tell me some workouts that can help me?
I'm swimming alot now and getting back into doing a lot of crunches every day. But I need more to do. Plus I'm trying not to eat junk food and eat health (fruits, salads, some veggies) although I don't do good with veggies I don't really like them what do I do in that case? (link)

well ur not exactly skinny but not xactly overweight . just keep eating fruits . make strawberry smoothies or banana smoothies . take vitamins to . make sure when you go to a section of a store if u do get vitamins , ask the pharmasist what he/she would recomend .

well im 13 and i weigh between 110-115 and my legs are big and its all fat and my family said i have a beautiful figure and i like it and all but it to much fat for me i used to wear ones and now i wear 7 and i wanna try trimspa but im not sure if i should are not i need help and i tried exersize and it doesnt work!! help me plz

hun , ur only 13 , ur still growing . trust me , its not a big deal . eventually once you grow it will disapear . its great to excersise . run , do sit ups and crunches and those leg excersises . join a gym .im 14 and i wear a 5-7 . i wore a 5-7 wen i was ur age ( which was 2 weeks ago!)

ur better off buying a moisturizing shaving cream , then after ur done with ur shower/bath then put baby lotion on . ur legs will be soo soft after

well when he comes home , check to smell if he smells like womens parfume . then when he's in the shower , go on his cell phone and look under his phonebook and his call log . also check his pants pockets ( when not wearing them ) for anything suspicious of another woman in his life .if that other woman has been at the house , dig around under the bed or in the couch or something to see if reminents of antoher woman has been there . to really check . if ur man has given this other woman something to drink from your glasses in the cabinet , see if theres any lipstick marks on there that may not be yours . hope i helped .

well u need to let ur mom know!!!!!! so what if she's in a bad mood , unless its ur fault . just tell ur mom and she'll take u to the doctor . if ur still to scared to tell her then drink some orange juice , take some motrin ibprofin and a throat losenge . then you will be all set .

alright, you might all think i'm crazy but don't judge me CAUSE YOU DONT KNOW ME! anyway..sorry but umm i'm 8 months pregnant and no one knows, not my parents, not my friends- no one...i've been able to hide it pretty well with baggy clothes and the fact that i'm a little big as it is naturally..since it's getting pretty close to my due date- and i havent seen a doctor once, yet...does anyone have ANY advice..please i'm in desperate need...and i'm really scared...i don't live at home beacuse my dad used to beat me and my mom was having an affair..so i moved out and i live with a friend..im 15 but my friend is 19..and he's not really good with this stuff..please help me ! ok , u have to see a doctor immediatley!!!!! go to your local hospital . its fine if u dont live with ur parents but what u need to do is see the doctor to make sure the baby is ok and able to be born without a problem . im soo sad to here about your family and evrything . do you have ANY relatives at all , sister , or brother or aunt anybody . usually when ur at the hospital on the day the baby comes they ask for a relative besides ur b/f .in ur case , u dont have any . if i wer you i would go to the hospital in the emergency room and tell them ur situation like u havent been to a doctor in 8 monthes . the rest is up to u . take care of urself and good luck with ur baby!!!

I was going out with this guy for a while, and i guess i wasnt that nice to him i guess. so we would break up and get back together all the time and the last time we broke up, i dumped him and he went and got a new girlfriend. but i wasnt really ready to give him up. this was about 2 months ago and i still cant forget about him. he doesnt have a girlfriend, but he wont go back out with me! wut should i do?

Ya kno its funny how i went thorugh the same situation . i think i still am . but maybe thats a sign that u 2 need to go in seperate directions . u dont wana get hurt , like heart broken again . theres plenty of othr guys out there who can treat u a lot better . and if u 2 keep breaking up ovr and ovr agen , then leave him b and go wit sum1 else
