trim spa

well im 13 and i weigh between 110-115 and my legs are big and its all fat and my family said i have a beautiful figure and i like it and all but it to much fat for me i used to wear ones and now i wear 7 and i wanna try trimspa but im not sure if i should are not i need help and i tried exersize and it doesnt work!! help me plz
o yeah and i have had ppl tell me i wasnt skinny but i like my curves i just dont like being so big

You sound very pretty. Not every guy likes a girl who's bone thin. Yu sound great to me,but if you want to tone your legs up,run or do leg exercises in your local gym.

you arent big! 110-115 is skinny! im sure if you work out, though, your legs will become more toned. oh, and you could also eat more healthy if you eat junk food. but for your weight, i wouldnt go on a diet like trim spa...you may end up losing more weight than you wish...

You are too young to try that stuff. It could make you too think or even get you sick. That stuff is for people who are seriously over weight. If you want your legs to get trim, go running. Good Luck!

Well you don't need TrimSpa, it doesn't really work anyways. Exercise DOES work, you just need to do it over a long period of time. Maybe sign up for a sport like soccer or basketball or something.

Also exercise won't do ANYTHING unless you watch what you eat, too. You won't see instant results, you have to take time on this.

chill out ur only 13 and u seem like a good size 2 me but thats u 4 it. try walking every day for an hour or somthin.ive dony that for as long as i can remember n im happy w/ myslf.im 14 n i wear 7's 120 lbs and i feel good bout myself

hun , ur only 13 , ur still growing . trust me , its not a big deal . eventually once you grow it will disapear . its great to excersise . run , do sit ups and crunches and those leg excersises . join a gym .im 14 and i wear a 5-7 . i wore a 5-7 wen i was ur age ( which was 2 weeks ago!)

Well, your size is your buisness, but I think that you're perfectly fine, honestly, if you really feel big, try weight lifting or running, they tone your muscles and make you look great (trust mee) <3 Alyssa

Well I wouldn't trust it cause it was just a commercial and im really not sure if it really works. Try a low carb diet and a yoplait yogurt diet because i lost 8 pounds in two days. I hope this helped. Write me back and let me know how it goes. Thanx, bye!~Chelsea~
