Everyone's body is different, and people develop at different rates. Don't worry about it, it's completely normal, and there's probably nothing to worry about. For now, just be glad that you don't have to deal with it!

I wouldn't worry. I'm almost fifteen and have never gotten it. Get a check-up if you haven't gotten it in a year or two, just to see if everything's okay, but other than that, I suppose you should enjoy your freedom while it lasts.

Fish answered Friday June 25 2004, 9:16 pm:
Nope. Some people don't start till they're like 18. It's normal. People's bodies are set on something like a clock. You just haven't gotten there yet. And don't stress about it, it's not like it's really fun or anything anyway.

There is nothing wrong with you! You shouldn't think less of yourself because of it either. Trust me, it is a hassle anyways. Some peoples bodies mature slower but that doesn't change you. Just less of a hassle. Don't be in a hurry to grow up because you are only 13 and 14 once. You shouldnt waste your one chance of being young. If i helped you im glad. If you need more help, you can email me at magicallymelicious@yahoo.com! Later

MFS answered Friday June 25 2004, 7:38 pm:
When it happens is up to hormones, body size, physical activity, and stress.

Unless there are other complicating factors that you haven't listed, you are likely perfectly fine.

MapleAdvice11 answered Friday June 25 2004, 5:47 pm:
No there is nothing wrong. Some people get it very early and some people get a little later than other people. You sound about the right age to get it, like my friend didn't get it until she was fourteen. So don't think it's abnormal, your biological clock is right on track and you will get your period when you are supposed to.
