I must run a 10km race at the end of September, but I have never in my life ran more than 2km!
Could anyone help me with advice on how to prepare for the race. I started on Monday(21/06) by jogging/walking 2.2km each day.
When should I start doing more kilo's and when can I run my first 10km to prepare for September?

Well, you're doing fine as you are right now, but WE won't know when you're ready to run more km, only YOU will. So when you feel like 2.2 km is easy, then you'll probably be ready to run a little more than that. Remember, take it easy!
