Completly! One way I've thought to bring this about is to treat our animals with more respect. I am what some people call vegan (I eat no animal products-meat, milk, eggs,ect.). I also try to promote this way of living. If you might be interested a great book to start with is "Diet for a New America" by John Robbins or check out veganoutreach.org or earthsave.org . There are a lot of charities that you can get involved in that will help you take baby steps for world peace even though one cannot do it all. I am glad others are thinking this way. It is really important to stop all the hate in the world today. And like Ghandi put it "Man's nature is not essentially evil. Brute nature has been known to yield to the influence of love. You must never despair of human nature." There will be others who agree. Just in your life do all you can to affect the world in a positive way.

ooh, I am! *waves hand* but you know, it's never going to work out. war and peace go hand in hand; you can't have war without knowing what peace is, and vice versa. therefore you will never achieve full world peace. it's kind of like the war on terror; you can't defeat all terror.

Of course!!!! Almost everyone wants world peace but I don't think that's going to happen anytime soon. You have to be realistic. If there was world peace, the world probably would'nt run right. If everybody agreed on everything, we wouldn't get many things right now would we?

well world peace is good and all but as long as its not because the world was taken over by a dictator...other than that there is always the problem with world hunger and a loss of jobs for millions....but if we can find a way to have world peace then im sure we could find a way to keep them in jobs -me

yea, that would be nice, but just think, what if there really was? then there would be no use for poilice (kinda), and the swat team, and if there wasnt a job like that, then some people would not have jobs. well, what im really tryin to say is i think every thing think happends 4 a reason.

World peace = major world hunger! Think about it! lol..
If there were no wars, factories that made weapons for the war, and other related factors would shut down. Milions would lose their job, have no job, and go hungry!
But if there was a possible way for world peace without world hunger then I'm all for it!
