Okay.. me and my friend have this lil problem... we are trying to decide what to do for the talent show ... we are chosing between broadway and disney... we;re afraid to do briadway becasue we did a briadway in concert thing in the fall.. and my friend is afraid that our music teacher and out administraitor will get mad... but im not so sure... what should we do? any ideas? Why would they be mad at you for doing Broadway? Wouldn't they be happy that you're enthusiastic about school functions?
I would suggest a nice duet, like For Good or Loathing from Wicked, or perhaps Bosom Buddy from Mame. You might want to go for something light and fun that people will like.

So there are two boys that sit behind me in one of my classes, and ive noticed they've become very obsessed with me. They are always trying to get my attention, calling my name every 5 minutes, just making a bunch of annoying remarks. They even found out where i worked and showed up one time. Now they keep bugging me trying to figure out which days and hours i work. I avoided answering because im sick of them bugging me and showing up everywhere. As mean as it sounds, I dont want to have anything to do with them because they are just creepy to me. Im not very good at being honest about how i feel about people. So lately ive been ignoring them(after they yell my name about 4 times) and when they try to talk to me i just turn back around and dont say anything. Ive been doing this for weeks, hoping they'd get the hint that i DONT want to talk to them. But they dont get it! What am i supposed to do without being rude about it? (link)

I had this same problem, and the solution is so mind-bogglingly simple you're going to wish you thought it up yourself: play along.
When they ask you stupid questions, answer them. When they call your name, say, "yes?" Play down to their level and try not to lose your temper, just always be pleasant and occasionally humorous, and they'll eventually calm down a bit because it's no fun when they don't get a reaction.

I'm a really good singer. All of my friends have said so, and are threatening to take me too American Idol when I'm 16. And I love to sing. But when I go to do it in front of some people I get really nervous and choke up. Any suggestions on how to get rid of my nervous-ness??

pick a song you can really get into and understand (for me, it's Defying Gravity from Wicked) and...well...just melt into it. Become art of the song and ignore the people around you. Let the music take you away.
That's what I try to do, anyway.

Tell him why you like him! And if you don't have a reason then maybe you really don't like him and it's hormones. Either way, it's a simple solution.

The problem is I have this boyfriend, who i care about a lot.. but.. i think he im starting to not like him like that anymore.. there are some problems.. like he wont talk to me or anything!! hes like the shyest person in the world when hes around me and i hate it!! cause when hes with other people hes like crazy.. how can i make a break up... so we can still be friends or at least talk to eachother..?? Can you believe that I've had that exact same problem?
What I did was I explained to the guy that I wasn't quite sure I knew him very well because he was so shy around me (this might not work if you have known him for a while), so I wasn't quite sure if I could date him comfortable. I said that we should probably start out as friends, and if our relationship builds from there and we start dating again, then there we go, no harm, and if we simply stay friends, then again, there's no harm.
If you really like him, though, you should talk to him outright on his shyness. Don't give up because things aren't going your way.

If you wait long enough, the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy will by out in late April/early May. If you're into sci-fi and useless Monty-Python humor, it definately looks promising.
If not, just go watch Hitch like everyone else.

Try getting her a professional teacher; since they are teachers by professions, they will probably be able to explain the guitar better then you can.
If not, maybe your friend just isn't cut out for playing the guitar. Don't give up, though!

I belive in God, but i was wondering, if God created us, and all the earth, how was he created and how did he create everything, what was it it all like w/o God, how can he just appear from thin air when there is no thin air, were does he appear from if there's nuthin to appear from, how did he create the universe and beyond, if there was never anything to create it from, if there was once no such thing as the universe, where did he create it from, was there sumthin before God, and if so how did he/she make stuff, where did God come from????????

Well, the main belief is that God is this superiour, all knowing diety of goodness and supreme might, so if he's so powerful he could probably...I don't know, wish himself into existence. In science, it is taught that nothing can be created or destroyed, merely changed. So maybe God was there all along, and there really wasn't a period where there was absolutely nothing and he just molded us out of the un-nothingness after he came up with the idea.

I am Christian, so we eat a lot of fish and...well, I guess you can't eat pizza if you can't eat cheese. You could try fruits and vegetables, though.

He has the lead role in Romeo and Juliet; I don't think he's worried about kissing a girl. If you're really nervous, though, maybe you should talk to him about it and see how he feels.

Ohhhh, get something from Wicked. Definately. Wicked has the most fantastic music ever. If you think that might be too hard for you, though, go for a song from the Cinderella musical. Like "Ten Minutes ago" or something simple like that.

Think about other things before you go to sleep. Or maybe start watching lots of stupid, funny movies like Monty Python or Princess Bride. Or you could watch an old horror movie that isn't horrific at all. You'll get over it, though.
...You could also get caller ID.

Has anybody played "Yu-Gi-Oh: Reshef of Destruction? Its a game for Gameboy Advanced. This game is the stupidest game in the world. But as the gamer that i am, i have to beat it without cheating. Does anybody know of a way to beat this game other than luck? Because thats all you can do to beat the is to have luck. There is no real skill involved. You can pay for songs with Itunes, but you can also take songs from CDs and put them on your Ipod. Or you can steal songs form the internet. :P

question one: first off, you shouldn't dump your current girlfriend because you think you have a crush on another girl. it shows no respect for yourself or for your girlfriend. chances are it's probably some flare of hormones between you and this other girl, so i'd continue to date your current girlfriend. however, if you get to know this other girl and think you like her more (not just in looks, but in personality and intellegence) than your girlfriend, you might want to talk to your girlfriend about it and maybe 'see other people' or something. but don't start dating this other girl immediately after; give it more time so you don't look like a jerk. oh, and if this other girl has a boyfriend, you should probably just give up.
as for question two, i don't think i can help you there. it's really not a question; but i will say that you should probably work on your tolerance for other people, because there are a lot of sex-crazed morons out there and you hating them probably won't make them any smarter.
