i need help really fast
my sister and I went to the swimming pool and when we got back she was like 'I WAN In tHE SHOWER FIRST!!!" so I let her take a shower first, and while she was in there I didn't know what to do then I remembered I hadn't played the piano for a while. so I sat down and played the piano. but I was still wet and had my swimsuit on. so I get up and on the piano bench, which is wood, there's this raised warped part where it's kinda lighter color and it's EXACTLY the shape of my BUTT and you can see where my thighs were and everything! I tried to dry it but it won't go away. I'm really freaking out because my mom will be home in a few hours and I don't know what to do!

Tell your mom it would probably be a good idea to sand paper it, and then stain it.

Probably too late with this one - a little mayonnaise on the water mark will usually remove it. Remember to wipe off the excess before someone slides off the bench...

you can either lie, and not draw attention to it and hop she won't notice (i wouldn't advise this)
OR
you could just tell her. my mum usually gets even worse angry if she finds out i've lied, so just say you'll help save for a new seat or something... good luck!! (hope i'm not too late with the advice lol)

Find something and place it on top if you like to hide it, but if your mom is a caring person, she will forgive you. Too often I've blown something out of proportion when it just turned out all right.

if it did that, then it isnt real wood. the raised and lighter part means the water got in between the laminate and the actual [probablyply]wood part of the chair. it must have been a cheap bench. that happened to the table in my room too, from leaving too many cold drinks on there and the condensation got in between. your mom probably wont care.
