If you're not sure if you're ready, don't do it. you don't want to end up regretting it. just because everyone else is doing it doesnt mean you should. people do tons of stupid things and they end up regretting all of them.
you'll know if you're ready to have sex if you can handle the consequences. will you be able to raise a child, or decide whether to give it up for adoption or carry it to term? would you be able to pay for doctor bills and medicines if you contract a disease? if you can handle all that, go ahead and do it. its kind of a big decision in my eyes. if you do it, use a condom. but think about it first.

thinking about sex is normal. i think youre better off, because a lot of people will THINK about having sex with everyone they see, and they'll actually do it. that can be quite unhealthy. you can go right on ahead thinking about sex all the time. masturbate or something. have fun.

well, i've never had sex so i cant exactly give you tips. just be creative. use food or something, that always sounded like fun to me. edible body paints and stuff, pretty hot. theres a book called The Guide to Getting It On! by the Goofy Foot Press which i highly recommend because its super awesome and funny. lots of stuff in there to try.

i think that if you and your boyfriend have been dating for 6 years, thats a long time. it wouldnt be like youre on some fling that your friends would look down upon you for.
but then again, think about WHY youre afraid of what your friends would think. sometimes your friends see more than you do. do they think your boyfriend is a jerk? do they think you're doing it for the wrong reasons? did you all make some kind of pact to wait until youre married to have sex? you just have to think about it.
i will tell you this. i think the stat is that 65% of people who had sex before they were 17 ended up wishing they had waited. and i will tell you this - if your friends think your boyfriend is a jerk... he probably is. your friends only want to look out for you. talk to them about it beforehand, and see what they say. when they say it, you'll figure out how important they are to you. just keep an open mind.

you can always get pregnant. every womans menstrual cycle is different, so unless youve careful studied your cycle, along with the changes in cervix sizes and color/consistency in discharge, theres no way for you to really know when the best chances are to get pregnant.
if you didnt use a condom or any birth control, theres a chance you could be pregnant.

for some girls, it hurts a lot. for others, not so much. usually, there is pain. most females have a hymen which is a peice of skin kinda of covering the opening of the vagina. during sex, this is broken, and when skin is broken, it hurts and bleeds a bit.

if i was a guy, i dont think it would make a difference. if you dont want to swallow, you dont have to. and if you tell a guy you dont want to and they try to get you to do it, say: "i'll tell you what. how bout YOU taste it, and then you can tell me to swallow."

if youre second guessing yourself, you arent ready. sex, especially for the first time, is something you really need to think about. just because youve been together for 3 years doesnt mean anything. just know that sex is a great thing when youre emotionally ready for it. if you decide to do it, use a condom!

well. sex feels good when youre emotionally and physically ready. its a wonderful thing you can share with someone, seriously. the first time a girl has sex, it usually hurts, because the penis breaks the hymen ("pops the cherry"). to make sure it feels good, make sure youre "wet" enough. if your vagina is dry, it will be rough and painful. foreplay is helpful, or lubricant. and use a condom!

Okay, I'm a sort of goody-goody. if you think its gross, its gross. i dont really have an opinion on it. youre not stupid or naive or anything for thinking its gross. its actually smarter that way. you can still get STIs from oral sex, including HIV/AIDS. STIs are what is gross.

the hymen isnt a protective barrier. its a just a small peice of skin left over from when the fetus begins to form either a vulva (the genital area splits apart) or testicles (and stays together). some women dont even have a hymen to begin with, and some womens' are thicker or thinner than others.
so yes, absolutely.
