Advice on sexual thoughts.

Hi Zoe,

I have a very basic problem and i hope it's not very serious. my problem is that i keep thinking about having sex with with every good looking girl i see, even if she is my freind, colleague or any known person, even if a girl is married or respects me. My mind keep thinking about having sex. Is this normal or abnormal, caus some times i feel guilty about all this. Note i don't have a girlfreind.

thinking about sex is normal. i think youre better off, because a lot of people will THINK about having sex with everyone they see, and they'll actually do it. that can be quite unhealthy. you can go right on ahead thinking about sex all the time. masturbate or something. have fun.
