That being said, a burning sensation can be a sign of many things - including non-sexual things like bladder infections.
Talk to a doctor - you don't have to tell him about the wet dreams - just say sometimes you wake up in the morning and there's a burning sensation in your penis. He will probably ask you if your hard when you wake up - answer him honestly.
You can ask your mother to leave the room if she normally accompanies you to the doctor. I'm sure the doctor will support your right to privacy, especially if you have a male doctor and you tell him quietly that you have a question about your penis that you don't want to ask in front of your mother. The burning sensation, on the other hand, does not seem normal. I know you don't want to talk to someone about this, but I seriously suggest that you talk to a competent doctor or other medical professional about this as it may be indicative or some serious problems. I can understand that it is embarassing, but this is their job and it is better to be slightly embarassed by something that you have no control over than to suffer serious consequences as a result of an untreated condition that will eventually have to be treated.
Trying to keep this in for fear of embarassment has much more potential to make things worse. Even if it eventually turns out to be nothing you should see someone about it. [ Belgand's advice column | Ask Belgand A Question ]
DruidX answered Saturday February 21 2004, 7:52 am: Humm, I would say its normal. Some peoples hormones are more active then others during puberty, and you've just got the hormones that are very active. I'm not sure about being able to climax through a dream, unless you were unconciously stimulating yourself at the same time. The burning maybe a side-effect of fluids [if you do climax that is] other than that I'm not sure. Maybe you could talk to a doctor or clinic nurse about that bit. You won't know them, they won't know you, and they are bound by law to keep everything you say confidential.
