My friend (alex) likes this guy matt. Well there on the same sports team, and they are somewhat friends, but alex likes matt. She wants to take it to the next level (going out) but is kinda of nervous about getting his number. I dont know what to tell her so i figured id ask a complete stranger. Well I'll start off by saying that Iam 18 years old, and I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years on and off, and we have been steady for 2 years and 5 months..we waited 2 years to have sex together, but did oral before that..I still love doing oral..for some reason I have no problem giving blow jobs..and having sex of course, I don't mean to sound disgusting in any way..but when he cums I can not swollow without almost throwing up..and I feel bad because he always seems upset when I can't..anyone have any ideas to help? thanks alot

torn between friendships!!!

I feel torn between two groups of friends. One group (Group 1) doesnt like the my friends in the other group (Group 2). They are always fighting and I fel that if I stand up for my friends in Group 1 then my friends in Group 2 will hate me. Group 2 friends are always teasing and saying really rude things to Group 1 friends. I DO stand up for my friends....I just feel that I am hurting my other friends by standing up for them and telling them to back off and to stop saying those things. Group 2 doesnt ever seem to minds it when I tell them to back off but then they never talk to me unless Group 1 isnt around. How can I not feel so torn between my friends? I love them all and dont want to lose any of them!

i am in love with a girl, she used to like me but she for some reason "stopped"...i found out recently that she snuck out with her friend and two guys and went somewhere and was making out with this guy for like 2 hours and i thought me and her had something, she said he was really nice and they just clicked and hes a sophomore at my school, although me and her "clicked" supposedly and i was nicer to her than any guy could ever imagine being to her...she told me not to be mad at her, hate her, or stop talking to her because that would be fucked up...please dont tell me to get over it and everything...ive tried and theres more to it but im sure youll get bored reading this long page...ill rate a 5 if you give me a helpful answer...WHAT DO I DO!?!?!?!

I am always always depressed. I find myself constantly upset and moody. I have very little self confidence and right now I am in a rocky patch with my friends so I feel even worse. My boyfriend and everyone around me tells me that I am pretty and people like me but I don't feel that way.

Does any guy here have bad luck with relationships??? Cuz i am one of em. Ive had a g/f during the summer, not anymore we where way to busy and couldnt do it anymore and plus she lived a lil while away and then i tried with another girl and she just kept blowing me off and then with another girl who never likes to call bak. I dunno i must be in the worst month with girls or something and no its not that im not confident in myself or ne thing like that or physical looks or anything. Just a normal guy looking for a girl. I was wondering any tips on helping me lose weight. I use to be pro at it and had a good diet and exercised... then I got my license and I have just gained gained gained! I'm not fat or anything I am 5'7 130lbs but i use to be 110 and thats where I would like to go. I know ALOT about losing weight and calories and exercise but i was wondering if anyone could give me tips that they think works that isn't the regular, cut your calories exercise more deal?

I'm doing Varsity Cheerleading, and I was just wondering if anyone has any good ideas for hair styles besides the regular pony tail, or bun..for games, and for competitions..I'd like to do something really different for the games this year to draw more attention to myself..Maybe some cute new makeup ideas would be good too..thanks alot cuties*

My hair is really long..and very very thick..I have trouble straightening it myself..but whenever anyone else straightens it for me it turns out beautiful..Does anyone have any good tips to help me get my hair super straight and look good..and does anyone know any good products to use?

My friend just broke up with her boyfriend of 8 months!me and her never hung out because they were together everyday! and now that they broke up shes with me everyday and has nuthing to do i guess and it doesnt seem fair!but now her n this kid like each other and will probably go out soon...and now shes always hanging out with him and not with me n i dno it bugs me! there is more too it but this is already too long...PLEASE help...wut should i do!?

There is this person on here that keeps harassing me beacause of my user name. I've explained to him/her that it's just a username but s/he mail me again to antoganize more. THis is an advice collumn and I'm getting mails in my inbox every day from the same person who never leaves his/her name. I'm getting annoyed, whoever it is they are not asking for advice. What should I do?
