I was wondering any tips on helping me lose weight. I use to be pro at it and had a good diet and exercised... then I got my license and I have just gained gained gained! I'm not fat or anything I am 5'7 130lbs but i use to be 110 and thats where I would like to go. I know ALOT about losing weight and calories and exercise but i was wondering if anyone could give me tips that they think works that isn't the regular, cut your calories exercise more deal?

Ex. light breakfast not enough to fill you, light snack befor lunch, light lunch, light snack befor dinner, full course dinner, no more snacks after dinner drink water. you will lose weight. Prevents your body from being hungry so it does not conserve energy and prevents you from getting stuffed so your body does not add on the pounds. worked for me.
