i told my boyfriend i was holding this guys hand as a friend and he said he dont get how you can hold someones hand as a friends..does anyone else kno a way of explaining that??
Celene answered Tuesday November 2 2004, 11:08 pm: I think your boyfriend was just a little hurt that you were holding someone else's hand, rather than his. Just explain to him that you really like him, and would never want to hurt him, MAKE him understand it was just a 'friendly' thing! :)
AskAndy answered Tuesday November 2 2004, 11:58 am: Men,they get jealous a lot.Yes,you can hold a guys hand as a friend- most guys dont have female friends. You've explained well enough.Maybe its time to chat, after that if he still doesn't trust you,a relationship is no good without trust,so say bye. He's not good enough for you. Holding hands is a sign of a couple..so..my question to you is..hoe do YOu really feel about this guy..and maybe he feels more about you too. respect your b/f's wishes..he is YOUR b/f. xx_she_will_be answered Tuesday November 2 2004, 9:36 am: its not that he doesnt trust you. its that he doesnt trust the other guy... but if you were only friends then it shouldnt matter, but dont you get jealous of your boyfriend? so just tell him you wont let it happen again? xOx_HOLLY_xOx answered Tuesday November 2 2004, 9:32 am: If you have a boyfriend and you are holding another guy's hand, even if it's "just as friends", it's not right. How would you feel if you saw your boyfriend holding another girl's hand right in front of you? I know that if I saw my boyfriend doing that I would NOT be a very happy camper. Just keep your boyfriend's feelings in mind when you think about doing something like that, because he should be the only guy you hold hands with. Well you should tell him that you are real good friends with him or tell him that something scared you so you grab his hand (ever if you did not get scared).
