i am 16 .. and a girl.. My ex boyfriend and i were together for a year and a half. we broke up 5 months ago and im not over him. we never really talk but recently we hung out and i still like him but he "says" he doesnt like me like that. how do i get over him or what could i do to get back together with him or atleast hang out one on one?

No friends

I just moved to a new school and I'm finding it really hard to make some friends (i'm in 9th). and it just gets really lonley on the weekends because I don't like do anything. And my friends from my old school, I don't talk to them anymore. I don't know if there is any advice you can give me (besides that whole join a sport because I am doing a sport in the spring) and join a club because I am already in some and they arent very helpful with meeting people. Any advice??

I met this guy back in September over the computer.He is from the same state as me and he lives pretty close too.I'm really in love with him,and he loves me too.He is the sweetest guy I've ever met.He treats me so right.Yet I get upset with him alot and we fight.He calls me every day and we talk online.The only thing I hate is that he has a girlfriend from another state who lives like 4 1/2 hours away and they never see each other.I'm always getting mad at him over that.He told me he wants to marry me in 2009.I don't know what I'm suppose to do.Should I get over the fact he has a girlfriend,and that I probably won't have a chance with him? Please help me,I'm not sure about what I should do.

My brother is gay and a lot of people will always mention about it. They make fun of me because he's gay.. They keeps sayin Ohhh Your brothers GaY!!! and sometime's it doesn't bother me.. but other times it does. Surprisingly, most people are cool with it and say he's the coolest person they ever met.. what should i do!?

My friend always cuts himself on his wrists and throat n evrything.. i always try talking to him and he say's he'll stop.. but he keeps doing it and cutting himself more. I don't know what els to do..if he has nobody to talk to he might kill himself..but what can i say that he might actually listen to!?

Also.. after one of my friends died i went to his house and gave his mom a poem i wrote for him. she thanked me, and when his little brother came to read it he immediatly started to cry. i wanna hangout with him and just talk to him about it but i dont wanna just be like.."hey wanna hangout? and then talk about his brother's death :-/ What should i do?

There was a kid in our school who was 14 and he died. Many Ppl knew him so our school has this big assembly, we didn't have to go to class for weeks, we didn't have to do any work or anything like that. 6 months after that when one of my Verry close friends died, it was like the teachers and schoolboard didn't even care. My mom told them my friend and i were upset that there was nothing for him..no assembly..and a ton of work. it wasnt fair.. They told my mom they weren't going to do anything because "nobody signed a sign we made" but 100's of kids signed it! its bullshit! and its not fair.. what can i say to the school people to make them at least have an optinal assembly!

alright dentist people, i need help on this one! A couple days ago I got my face slammed in a door (don't ask), and my orthodontist said no solid foods, playing trumpet, or biting for two weeks! The roots on two teeth are fractured, and it hurts really bad. Thing is, how do I know whether the tooth will die or not? it's driving me crazy! and how long until i can play trumpet, i would really like to. .. thanks!

sweat at school

i put a crap load of deoderant on every day before i go to school. i'm never hot or anything, but i always sweat in my arm pits, and i don't know how to cover it up. i can't wear a sweatshirt anymore, i get even hotter and it feels more gross. i don't know what to do! somebody help!

ok. the other day my one friend went and sent me a link that said xanga and a couple other links that said buddy4uprofile and all so i thought they were all her info stuff. so i clicked on them alll and it came up that they were a bunch of porno sites and 3 of em i think were lesbian sites. Okay I am crying as I write this but I am a Advicenator and I need advice...
My Ex Boyfriend Sam and I went out for 9 months and the relationship went fine and the break up was mutual but lately all we seem to do is fight and the fights are usuaally his doing...weather he talks about his new intrest (I know she is not his girlfriend because I have friends that know more than Sam does) or talk about things that he KNOWS that will upset me and provoke me to hang up on him or cry. Please help me to get to have a better friendship with him and I still like him like I did when we went out.

Funneral Requests

My husband and I were talking the other day and he said that if he died he would not want a funeral. I was shocked. Of course he should have a funeral, it's a great way for family and friends to say goodbye. I feel it is more for the family of the deceased anyway. He disagrees, and is shocked that I would not respect his wishes. Who is right here? And if he did die, what are we as a family suppose to do? I would like the love and support of my faamily.
