Hair coloring help needed!

I have naturatly light ash blonde hair, which is about 2 inches long on top. I really want to dye the tips of my hair red, but I dont know how to go about it! What would I have to do to just dye the tips??

Lately Ive been looking on the internet and at the mall for some Flat Clogs. Not the ones with the heels, but the ones with the buckle on the front and theyre brown/tan. I cant seem to find them at any websites. Does anyone know where I can find some cute clogs online? Thanks.

heyy my two friends get into a joking fight then my one friend always gets upset because the other friend says something that is rude and inapprite and then the friend whose feelings got hurt always tells me that she says this mean stuff i no the other friend doesnt mean to say this stuff but i dont no what to do can u please help me????

Stopping

For the past while i have been cutting myself. At first it was just scratches and then i started cutting deeper and deeper. I am really scared and I don't want to talk to my parents, they have enough to worry about, so is there anyway i can break the habit and just stop...and please don't answer if you are just going to poke fun at me and mock me. I don't need that. Only post if you can help me.

I like this boy a lot, I haven't told anyone about liking him. I talk about him to my best friends quite often but I'm just like eww...I'd never like him. He is always like aww look your so cute and he calls me his 'little kid'. That's because I am soo much shorter than him. I have been dating my boyfriend, who is 15, for about a month and three weeks. It was perfect at first and just went down. I don't know what happened. We went to the movies and had a great time, but it got worse and he stopped talking to me. I wondered what was wrong. What color eyeshadow would compliment someone with light blue eyes? (I normally wear pink eyeshadow.) Does eyeliner look good? I have light tan skin and light brown hair with highlights if that helps. THANKS!

I think I need to get over this guy. I've liked this boy for a really long time and we have went out before and we have done stuff. But the thing is he always likes me obsessively and then stops talking to me for a while, then over and over and over again. I'm pretty much sick of it but I think everytime he comes around I like him more and become more attached. I like sooooo much but I don't think I need this. How do I just get over him? Everytime I really try and start to really do, that's when he comes back to me and catches me again. There is no way I can really just stop him or stop myself from liking him. Anyone have any ideas? Okay, me and my boyfriend have been going out for 3 weeks. We have gone out for the same amount of time before, and I was the one that broke it off. I didn't feel it was right to go out with him when I just wanted to be friends. Well now, I am not happy in our relationship... AGAIN. He is not supportive at all, and I am the kind of girl that likes the single life. I don't like spending time with him, and I don't feel like there is butterflies in my stomach at all when I see him. But I will feel bad for breaking up with him AGAIN, and everybody will be mad at me and call me a whore. Should I break up with him anyway, or stick with him and make myself happy?

Ok.. hi. See me & my sister are like 9 years apart, she's 23 & I'm 14. She is always talkin bout how I shouldn't be mean to her, but she used to ditch me for her friends & crap. Ok, well, she's all of a sudden wanted to be "sisters" and I'm just like, no. She's all whiny & she's babyish. It really gets on my nerves but, when I wanna spend time with her she's always "busy". Ok well we have alot in common but she wont open up to me & tell me about her problems. She goes & tells mom (BIG mistake). Then mother goes & tells daddy & they talk about her so bad. I dont know what to do! I know I don't like her sometimes but hey, she's my sister. Please help!!

ok so i asked you guys adivce earlier on what i should get my bf of 2 years for x-mas, and most of you said i should make a scrapbook. i think that's a really good idea, but i really have no idea how to make one! i was also thinking about taking 12 pics of us to kinkos and making a calendar out of it. guys opinions here would be good, but girls are welcome too. which do you think would be better? how should i go about making the scrapbook? thanks

I am having my 17th birthday party on friday and the theme is pink. I invited guys and they don't care that the theme is pink lol. But this is my first party where guys can come and I am worried something bad will go wrong or that my mom will stay downstairs or something.
