ok so i asked you guys adivce earlier on what i should get my bf of 2 years for x-mas, and most of you said i should make a scrapbook. i think that's a really good idea, but i really have no idea how to make one! i was also thinking about taking 12 pics of us to kinkos and making a calendar out of it. guys opinions here would be good, but girls are welcome too. which do you think would be better? how should i go about making the scrapbook? thanks
Additional info, added Tuesday December 7 2004, 5:17 pm: i'm not completly set on this idea, so if anyone has any other ideas that are a little more guyish, please let me know! but nothing sports related, and no gift certificates-i don't like giving those as gifts.. But I would choose Scrapbook.
xoxlilshortyxox answered Wednesday December 8 2004, 4:44 pm: the calander is a great idea it will remind him everyday of how special he is to you. even thought you dont like gift certificates you could get him a dinner certificate for a date between you two. Good luck. [ xoxlilshortyxox's advice column | Ask xoxlilshortyxox A Question ]
NotoriousBaby06 answered Tuesday December 7 2004, 11:03 pm: You can buy a scrap book kit at wal mart for really cheap around like 10$ that gives you a book and little things to put in it. They are really cute and i think he'll like it. Back in the crafts section there are also a lot more things you can buy to put in it also. Its fun and it shows how much you care. Striker6909 answered Tuesday December 7 2004, 9:35 pm: well a calendar would be cool, but is he that kind of person that is organized, cause if not he'll just put it away and never see it again... also a scrap book is kinda "feminine" for us guys.. so the best I can say is get a movie, eat some dinner in front of the fire, and then give him a gift that is a beanie cause beanies are things we guys like best =D [ Striker6909's advice column | Ask Striker6909 A Question ]
jamziix16 answered Tuesday December 7 2004, 7:59 pm: that calendar thing is an awesome idea!! that's so adorable! but for a scrapbook.. you just make a book.. put the pic in there.. write what the occasion was and memories of it, and decorate it nicely. that's basically it. i hope that helped u! FunnyCide answered Tuesday December 7 2004, 5:05 pm: a scrap book is an ok idea, if hes into pictures. otherwise i would go with something like a gift card to a music store (if hes into music) or get him a cd of his favorite band, or the kind of music he likes. or you could get him a gift card to a gamestop store if he likes gameboys better. a gift card to a movie rental place if he likes movies....you getting the picture?

MACwh0re answered Tuesday December 7 2004, 5:00 pm: I think you should do a scrapbook. The caledar idea is good but I dont know if a guy would like that. Scrapbooks. I made one a few months ago. You go to the store, buy like a notebook/diary of some sort thats big enough to have pictures and cute sayings and stuff. Then just paste pictures and put words by them describing where it is. If you guys have a song you could print out the lyrics and paste it on the scrabook. Hope I helped-Sher [ MACwh0re's advice column | Ask MACwh0re A Question ]
Miss_Megan answered Tuesday December 7 2004, 4:59 pm: Honestly I don't think a scrap book is the way to go. UNLESS he's into pictures and stuff. I'd get him something a little more...guyish. Why don't you ask him what all he wants and see what he says. [ Miss_Megan's advice column | Ask Miss_Megan A Question ]
