Why is it hard for me to say this to others?

my mom has recently told me that I never say I'm sorry. I dont know why but i have a really hard time saying it. It kills me inside when i do say it. And i can rarely give good compliments! I want more friends and so i have to be nice. But how will I do that if i cant even say sorry or good job!? How can I give compliments and say sorry more often without feeling horrid!?

Tampon questions: First time tampon use hurt and is uncomfortable. Am I doing it wrong?

Hi, I had a problem earlier where I could not put in my tampon for the first time (I have to for a swim unit in gym class) but anyway I finally got it in. I'm pretty sure I broke my hymen, because I couldn't get it in for so long and then I felt something kinda pop and it slipped in. So it felt normal at first but I could feel something inside me. Then, after about ten minutes it felt slightly uncomfortable, and after forty minutes kind of stung. Was this because I inserted the tampon wrong, or because it was my first time? I did everything the box said, and I can't ask my mom because she doesn't use tampons. I have the kind with the plastic applicator. I experienced a bit of soreness as well. Is this normal for the first time? ...

Visions when i close my eyes?

It doesnt happen too often but sometimes when my eyes are closed and I'm not sleeping I see weird things. A few minutes ago I closed my eyes and I was laying in the same position was in but someones head was resting on my shoulder and when I looked at them, there eyes opened. I opened my eyes and my shoulder felt as if someone had just got off of it. It's so creepy, any advice? I'm very healthy and no mental stuff wrong with me...But my mom does call me special lol.

Toilet had blood in it

So my last day of my period is today, I went to the restroom to poop and the next thing i knew the toilet water had blood not a lot but a good amount to know it's blood, i checked my pad to see if i was spotting but i didnt have nothing. But before that i ate two sandwiches it was spicy. In my heritage it means that this happened beacause i ate so much spicy food. I am concerned about my health. Can you please tell me what this means?

okay me and my best friend and both of are bf's went swimming today. the weather was like 40' outside and the river was really high. we were really muddy and we asked some ppl to take a pic and they did. when we were done we all went to the bathroon to clean off and when we came back like all of our parents and grandparents were searching the park. they found our stuff we took off. so the cops were called and they were looking for us. i dont understand why they got so mad after they found us even tho we were there the whole time. well the good news is my bff, her bf and my bf are safe and sound and trying to get warm. any advice??

Hi, I'm 14 and am just starting the mandatory swim unit in gym class. Well of course I got my period the day the unit started, and I have no idea what to do because I've been wearing pads ever since I got my period about 9 months ago. I told my mom and we bought me some tampons, which neither my mom nor myself have ever used. To practice, I tried inserting a tampon today and it hurt like HELL. I'm a virgin, of course, and I tried several times throughout the day to get it in. I have the applicator thingies and on one try I got it almost al the way in, got the applicator off but the tampon was giving me this horrible burning sensation so I took it out immediately. 17/f. I've never really had a good relationship. I've been cheated on, lied to & disrespected. On Wednesday I met this guy(andrew) through my friend (it's her boyfriends cousin) and he asked if I wanted to hang out with him. We went to the park and the mall and hit it off real good but it seems as if something's not rite because he seems too perfect. He's 19, VERY respectful, and he claims to be loyal. He's been snoking cigarrettes since he was 14 and when i told him i didnt like that he told me he would quit for me. The next day he came to my school to visit me and it went good too. I can help but try to look for something bad about him because I'm not used to it. How can I stop being paranoid that he's goin to hurt me? We've been talking everyday and he tells me everything does.

How much exercise needed to help lose weight?

I'm 230 lbs, 5'8, about a size 20 or 18 depending on brand, typically a 20, though. My goal is to get down to 155 pounds. I know I need to exercise, but the question is, how MUCH is needed?
If I were to do an ab workout, pushups, squats, lunges, and go for a brisk walk every day would that be enough, partnered with eating less?
I do those things (and cardio Tues and Thurs, like running) every week day in P.E., and I did lose 10 pounds, but I am eating the same amount as ever and have hit a plateau.
So... if I were to keep that same routine and eat less, would I start losing again? Or would I need to intensify the routine, too?

hi i have a huge problem the guy i've liked for four years is moving to England. I started liking him when i was in fifth grade because he was hitting on me all the time and had alot of awkward eye contact but i didnt know if he was just kidding or not. Im applying to colleges, and soon i have to make a decision. me and my boyfriend of a year and a half are taking a break until i decide on a college, and if i end up in the school he attends, we will probably get back together. I just need a clear head for my decision. It may be stupid, but i asked him what his idea was on getting with other people during this break. He assumed we WOULD get with other people. that bothers me a lot. He said the only reason he would want to is because hes gonna be rushing a frat and theres going to be pressure and because out of like fear that im going to leave him in the end (or some sh*t like that).
