There is this woman at work who really is being rude to me.
The managers all like her, and I tried telling one of them that she was really being rude, and they all jumped on me.
what do I do? Should I just ignore her? obviously I can't go to any of the managers because of the extreme favoritism. help!

ok theres a birthday party tonight.. this one kid (john) likes me alot.. hes nice and really cute but he can be obnoxious and makes up stuff alot.. theres this other kid(tom) who i like as a good friend.. and he doesnt like john and him finding out that i hooked up with john will make him mad.. i might like tom more than a friend.. and john wants to do something tonight with me (make out).. ive never kissed a guy before.. and i dont know which one i want to kiss.. and i dont know how to kiss! please help!

Family problems

My parents are in a very strict religon.
I dont want to be in this religon and I've told them so, and I don't go to their church.
But everytime I do something against the church rules, (even though I dont go)
they still go, "Your going to hell" "Your a sinner" bla and so forth.
I dont like this and it hurts my feelings. They even say I'm full of the devil and qoute scriptures at me. What do I do? its totally getting on my nerves and just because I dont go to their church doesnt mean I'm a rebellious brat like they think I am.

ok well i wouldnt say i was loose "down there" but the skin-like stuff inside the lips is really lose and nobody elses i know is liek that...i havent had sex...ive been fingered by the same guy about 4 times over a year n a half ago and jus about a half year ago i was eaten out and fingered for like 2 minuted by a guy..could this be why its so lose...im still a virgin so it cant be because i had sex i need help..i dunno if this is normal or not

This may sound odd but I would really like to know: after a pregnancy (after the baby is born) how long does it take for the woman's periods to come back? Is it instant, or in (roughly) a month, or depending on when her last period before the pregnancy was, or what? And also, will her periods be irregular like when they first started or go back to her normal cycle?
