Ebay problem

I purchased a pair of jeans off ebay on February 19, 2005. When they arrived, I was dissatisfied with them and requested a refund. On March 6, the person emailed me back saying they recieved the jeans and would send me a refund the next morning. After a week later, I emailed them back asking where the refund was. They said they never recieved the jeans. I emailed back saying I did send them the jeans. Today, I got an email from ebay saying I never sent payment! How is this possible if I recieved the jeans and requested a refund??? It's almost a month since I purchased these jeans and the refund isn't here! What do I do?

I've liked this guy for like, seriously, a REALLY long time, I mean we've been friends for longer than I can remember. A couple years ago my cousin was visiting from another state and I was takin her to hang out w. me and a few of my friends (including the guy i like). k so i have this theri that if u do a lot with a guy he'll want more to soon. Now i think my bf wants to kiss everytime we part and i dont so i find myself saying stuff just so i can get away. its not that i dont want to kiss him but he wont kiss in a movie theater so..... i don't no i dont want to say this cuz its weird. i feel better i f we just kissed but theres always tounge (not thats its a bad thing...lol) please help me!!!

Okay, the girl I'm going out with and I are sitting watching TV. We've only been dating for a few days, but I've been her friend since before elementary school. She mentions a mutual friend was talking about a movie that we passed. So I, the idiot that I am, accidently call her by the friend's name. She pulled away from me for a few seconds, and then went into my arms again.
I explained that it was only because she mentioned her name seconds before, but is that enough? Should I try to explain in detail that I have no feelings for this other girl or should I drop it?

burning cd's

i recently cleared my hard drive so i lost everything, including the program i had to burn and copy cd's. now i dont know how to make cd's. i have a whole bunch of cd's that i want to put on a cd. i have WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER (and windows xp if that matters), so how do i do it with that?

hey.. i was wondering.. i want to join a public singing competition and i'm not sure what to sing.. i'm a girl and i sing mediocre.. so if y'all could suggest some songs that maybe i could sing.. i have good tone and tuning but i can't go up very high... the highest i can go are like the high notes in nobodys home by avril lavigne.. so if you could suggest some good songs for me that would make the judges consider me a good singer that would be great. thx

My friend JD and I just got into n argument the other day. We have been doing that a lot lately. He has been coming to me and a couple of my friends with his problems, and we have told him what we feel what he should do, but when we go up to him with problems, he he just says sorry, i hope you feel better.He is there for us, but that didnt feel good enough. Well, ever since Ive started to like his brother, he hasnt been supporting me. They get along sometims, but they pretty much hate each other, and he says that if I go out with him, Ill ruin my life. well its kinda a 2 part question.
Well my aunts getting married, and im in her wedding. me and my other aunt HATE the dresses ALOT. we dont want to wear them at all. what should we do?
And i want to look good in the dress if i have to wear it, and im thinking about tanning and going on a diet of just water and like salad and fruit... but the thing is i dont eat alot. the only meal i eat is lunch and im never hungry. i think its because i dont exercise enough.. even though i play alot of sports and im pretty active.. i dont know what the problem is.

okay well my schools formal was the other night, and i have a problem. well i hang out with my brother and his 2 friends. well im going out with the one, and when he thought i didnt like him before we started going out, he said yes to the formal to this girl who asked him. so it ended up that i had to go with the other friend. and while we were there we won the prince and princess thing, and i ended up saying all this stuff to him how it was his night with me but i wasnt going out with him, i was going out with the other kid, and even though were all good, i think hes still mad at me.

Ok heres the problem, i LOVE to sing, i can sing very well too. The problem is i can't preform in front of people! I am way to nervous. I can't even sing infront of my family. Its just to nerve -racking. My family says i should go out for singing lessons because sometimes they hear me but im to nervous to go out. When i get older i really wanna try out for american idol, ya it sounds stupid but i do. Its just im to nervous in front of people! Does anyone have any tips to get un-nervous, or any advice for me to go out?
