Hi
I have really heavy periods and am considering asking my doctor if I can go on the pill to control them. However, I HATE taking pills (have a real phobia of it) so what can I do about that?
Plus, do you honestly think that a doctor would put a 15 year old girl on the pill? Especially seen as I've only had 4 periods (they started when I was 13 but are VERY irregular - I skip like 6 at a time)? Has anyone had any personal experience with doctors and the pill? How did it go?

My period is all weird!

About since September, whenever I get my period the first and second day it comes down REALLY bad. So bad it's to the point I have to change my tampon (the super one) every half an hour so it doesn't go through my pants. I've been getting really horrible cramps and extreamly moody and emotional. My mom always tells me that I have to try to deal with it but it's getting out of hand. I can't take this anymore! I might see a doctor soon about but I need to know if there is anything that my doctor might prescribe me so that my period isn't so much of a hassle, or if anyone is like me and how they've dealt with it. Thanks so much if you can help me out!

ok... this might be long... but i'll rate 5's for anyone who answers i swear!!!!! ok... theres this girl(taylor) on my boyfriends(rob) bus... and me and my friend (anna) think that taylor likes rob... so anna told rob that we thought taylor liked him... and i asked him if he thought she was pretty and i said i want an honest answer i won't be mad... so he told me he thought she was pretty, but not as pretty as me... and i started crying cauz lately theres just been so much stress on me and i just had to break down... then i asked if he would ever like her and he said "i dunno... but i wouldn't cheat on you" and i said ok... but the "i dunno" just broke my heart... so i keep reassuring him that im fine about it... but som...

Ok for my birthdya this year(14) im going to have it at a theme park. I was only invite 5 friends intill my whole class some how found out.Should I tell them im not having one then invite only the ones i was gonan invite or ininvite all the girls, it really expensive and for sure we are going

ok i like this boy but i dont ever see him in school anymore. I havnt talked to him in about 4-5 months now and i miss him. He used to like me but not anymore, i had one ofhis friends ask him who he likes and he likes a junior. I really want him to like me but i dont know how becasue i dont see him enough.g

well there is this guy that likes me & i GUESS that i like him too but i don`t kno. well he asked me out but he said no, & he as all sad & doesn`t talk to me anymore..(we used to talk a lot) so yea..i don`t kno what to do.i don`t think i like him but i think i like his friend.i have been thinking if me & his friend went out he would be mad at me. so yea help?

Tanning with coldsores.

My roommate is prone to cold sores. She is afraid to go to a tanning bed because they have triggered a cold sore for her in the past. But, we are planning a trip to Florida in May, and we want to get a tan before going there. Since we live in northern US, the only way to get a tan right now would be to go to a tanning salon.
She is saying that she won't go, and instead will go to Florida pale. I do not want that to happen because she will end up getting majorly sunburned the first day and will end up having a horrible time. I want her to have fun so I can have my fun roommate to hang out with, instead of my miserable cranky roommate to bum me out.
Can anyone explain to me some "safe" ways to get ...

ok wow here goes the problem.. me and my boyfriend have only been going out for like 2 weeks but for some reaon i really like him and idk he gets mad really easy and like if he says something and i yell at him back he will be like o shut up and hang up on me or something and if i dont then he be like see how i got my bitch whipped..
i mean idk what to do my bestfriend went out with his best friend and they broke up.. and now im scared because he thinks that imma do what she did to him and try to get with someone else and we might not se each other that much any more..
but is this bad i mean is this leading to a bad relationship and how can i get him to beleive that i wont do that to him?

ok this may take a while but it's worth it. i have this guy friend, he's a sophomore and i'm a senior. we get along really well - we have a brother/sister relationship. i've liked him for a while and he likes me, except there are a few problems:
-we tried being more than friends for a little bit (hanging out, making out, etc.) but it didn't work out, i ended it, but i'm not sure why
-he's looking for a more physical relationship while i'm looking for a more emotional one
-if we went out and my friends found out, they'd kill me. they'd do everything they could to get us to break up because not one of them likes him
-i don't want to lead him on if i'm just gonna hurt him again

Last night I tried to kill yself by ODing on sleeping pills. It didnt work though obviously. All that I remember is my dad bringing me into bed and my body started spazing out. I woke up this morning feeling really sick. And really upset because it didnt work.And the sad thing is htough.. If it had... I'm sure that my dad wouldnt have noticed and my mother wouldnt have noticed becaused she was on drugs and passed out. I just dont know what to do with my self. I need some advice. I'd appreciate some direct ways to say something to my bf of over a year.
we'd been talking and he needed a float loan of $800 for a few days to help with a mortgage approval. that is ok. but when he called about it, i mentioned the fact that one of my friends saw his updated ad on match.com, that it hurt my feelings, he knows it hurts my feelings, i care about him a great deal, and i thought we were over and done with that BS months ago. His reply was... can we talk later? can I call you later? I said 'are you gonna call me later?' and he said yes. I said ok and we hung up. I know his style and he'll probably test the waters in a few days and then never mention it again.

Ok me and my boyfriend have been together for a while now and he wants to have sex and I do too but there is just one problem I have a disease and I don’t know if I should tell him or not because I don’t want him too to think of me different but we are going to use protection and everything just I don’t want to tell him!
