my height

i'm 13 and i'm only 5'1. i'm very self-conscious about my height so i measure myself everyday. why is it that when i wake up i'd grow half to a full inch from the night before when i measured but at the end of the day i'd measure myself again and it said that i shrunk again? this happens almost every morning, when will i stop increasing an inch and then losing an inch by the end of the day? how can i prevent it? thank u

i am pretty good at basketball...i play on a travel team and im currently on 3 teams...aau travel..and rec allstars....and i play basketball alot, and i want to get so much better..if anyone has any ideas on how to get better at basketball please tell me..thanks

My brother died 2 weeks ago and I really don't know what to do. I lived with him because my mom died 3 years ago and my dad used to beat and rape me. He was more like a father than a brother to me and I really don't know what to do. I've been staying with my friend until I get a foster family and she is always asking me if I'm ok and I'm really not. I don't know what to do with myself. I even tried drugs and I've been drinking a lot. I just want to kill myself and I'm so scared of what's going to happen next. I love him soo much and he was pretty much all that I had and now he's gone. I haven't even cried because I just can't, does that mean that there's something wrong with me? Why can't I just cry like normal people do when something happ...

ok so on like wed. my best friend asked my boyfriend if him and i would go to her boyfriends laX game with her next weekend and then i said i wasnt sure if i could yet or no so she told my boyfriend that if i couldnt go then just them could go. but then yesterday after school she got on the computer and IMed my boyfriend and was tellin him how hes a bad boyfriend and he treats me bad and stuff but he doesnt. and tonite i was supposed to go to the movies with him, and one of my other friends. but that girl(the one that IMed him) told him that if i cant go then he shouldnt go with the other girl cuz then thats wrong. but thats like the same thing as how she told him that if i cant go to the laX game he can go with her together. and since she ...

I don't know why...but I hate my own race...I'm not black or white..But i just find my own race annoying and dorkish..I know that's mean but I don't know why I feel this way! Am I a racist?

i am in seventh grade and i am a girl the thing is i would like these guys and if they like me we would go out fo about a week then i'd usually dump them because i met someone unner then the same thing would happen. i don't know what it is but after a week or two i find someone funner to be with and find the boyfrined i am with boring so i dump them and date those other guys. im not a slut im still a virign. i want a type of commitment. can anyone help me choose one guy and one guy only?

When I was 9 I was at a sleepover, during the night my mom was put into the hospital! Something sever happened and she stayed there for a long time. Since then (im 12 now) I havent been able to spend the night at people's houses, I always get homesick or fear of almost loosing my mom again! What can I do?

ok my best friend jayla thinks she's pretty and acts like she the prettiest one in the world. I don't like the way she acts. Her personality I don't like. Okay..Theres this girl...her name is Chelsea..and shes 15 (like me). Okay..so in the begining of the year..i met Chelsea..and everything was cool. But now, shes like, been making me mad. Shes wayy wayy too clingy and stuff. I tried to hint to her that shes annoying before..but it just didnt work. Ugh. I am completely obsessed with my friend. I moved to where I am now when I was 12, just before 7th grade (I'm now 15 and in 9th grade). There's this one pretty, athletic 'popular girl' that I saw and befreinded. We became friends, and I had her spend the night at my house and all- I also became friends with her best friend, and had both of them spend the night quite a few times. I don't really understand it, but whenever I meet a guy for the first time now, I always feel like I'm crushing on him. My heart will start beating fast, my stomach will flip, and I'll turn bright red around them. I have some guy friends, but they only became my guy friends when they excluded me from something or got girlfriends themselves. I don't know why I like everyone...Any ideas?

ok. heres the deal. im 14 yrs. old and have this 18 yr. old boyfriend. i will be 15 in july . well we started going out 2 weeks ago. i know its not a long time but ive been crushin on this guy for like 2 monthes and he finally asked me out. i was soo happy. so i wanted my parents to meet him so we could go out to places and stuff. so he came over and stayed for an hour or so then we went out. well i lied to my parents saying he was only 17. bc if they found out he was 18 theyd flip out and not let me see him. well my parents found out he was 18 . i dont know how though. they wont tell me. so im not allowed to be with him. he gave me his necklace to wear and my dad took it and has it right now. he's not allowed to call me and i cant call him...

I was friends with this girl named Tina for a whole grade before we grew apart. REcently, her mother died from cancer, and whenever I saw her after that she acted like she was fine, so I always made sure to act cheery and bright around her, and to pretend as though it never happened. My other friends all tell me I'm heartless and pretending like it never happened to her is just going to make it worse. What do I do?
